From the first call to actual installation, they handled everything and took charge. It was effortless, and got my windshield fixed the next day. Previous companies I have used the process was just annoying and took way longer. They were very respectful, and when the gentleman came to fix the windshield he took the time after to even let me know a couple key fixes for my car as a lady that I wouldn’t have noticed. 2nd review: Thank you John!! Thank you Gregg!! AGAIN!! I'm going to leave both my first review on here and I'm going to post a second one. The first one is absolutely true still! And because of how I felt on the first review, that is why I came back to AZ Master Auto Glass. Once again, you guys have exceeded my expectations and I just want to say that the windshield replacement on my other car turned out to be the best windshield I've ever had put in! There was no pitting and it did not crack easily like the windshields that we've gotten through Safelite auto glass. I'm not going to talk crap about them but you definitely have way better quality windshields! And thank you once again! 1st review: You guys are BEYOND what I expected! You were professional, courteous, quick to get my windshield and get it installed, and were all round a company that was a total pleasure to go through! Thank you so so much again!! My wife and I were here from Las Vegas for a few days and out of nowhere a rock cracks the windshield. We were supposed to drive back today but didn’t think with the extremely bumpy roads that it was a good idea. We contacted this company and the owner helped us. He was very nice and helpful. He didn’t immediately try to sell a replacement but rather hoped he could just do a repair. We felt based on the damage and long drive ahead we should go ahead and replace it. He sent his technician Gregg and he was punctual, friendly, professional, informative, skilled and passionate. We found out he had a Hawaii connection and my wife and I are from there. We knew then what we were gonna get…a great experience! We will not only use them again but use them extensively! Thanks for getting us on our way!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They made it so easy they called my insurance company for me and took care of everything. They came out the following day and installed the new windshield. The technician Jeff who removed and installed the windshield was punctual, professional, quick (arrival to finish 32 minutes) and clean. When everything was all done he gave me instructions on what not to do in the next 24 hours. Once he left the rebate was swiftly deposited in my bank account via zelle(they have multiple options) best windshield company I've dealt with so far without a doubt. I had a great experience with AZ Master Autoglass and after this morning will always go back to them with my windshield needs! John was quick in getting me a quote and it was very reasonably priced. He was able to get me in the day-of since a tech was in the area. My tech Gregg was kind, professional, and timely! He went above and beyond for good customer service and the job was very clean. Perhaps it's a standard although I've never seen it, he vacuumed the front of the vehicle after removing the old windshield to ensure there wasn't glass floating around. Thanks, John and Gregg!

I was at work and John had left a note on my car. I called him and he asked if I wanted to repair the crack in my windshield. I said yes I needed it done I just hadn’t had time. He got my insurance on the phone and it was set up for the next day in about 15min. They came to my home and replaced the windshield in my driveway! They sent the calibration guy over a few minutes later! It was all done in just 2 hours! These guys were professional they communicated everything perfectly and were all around so easy to work with! Truly wonderful service I will use them again in the future!

My car was scratched in multiple places after using AZ Mater Autoglass. John denies responsibility, claims to have a video and unable to provide video/pictures of evidence of no prior scratches, and accuses me of sanding and buffing my car for rationale of why there are scratches. I completely understand that accidents happen. I reached out to inform John of the scratches. In the end, John finally apologized. As for the windshield, it's a windshield without damage, unsure of the quality as I have no experience and knowledge of the windshield industry.

John and his team are exceptional! I've used them 7 times on 4 different vehicles Range Rover, F150, Rogue and Altima. From replacement to recalibration John was seamless, prompt and professional. Range Rover dealer said 6 months for a windshield John had a RANGE ROVER branded windshield installed within a week of calling. Nissan's have been done in 1 or 2 days from calling. These guys did a great job with my windshield replacement. They were quick and accommodating with scheduling me. They came to me and did the replacement quickly and carefully all while I was working.
