Diamondback Auto Glass Repair & Windshield Replacement in Arizona

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do NOT go here. They will waste your time and drag you along for months only to tell you they cannot complete the service. Back in April my windshield cracked. On May 6th I filed a claim with my insurance and I reached out Diamondback Autoglass to do the replacement. They advertise not only the cheapest windshield replacement in Flagstaff, but also same-day windshield replacement! Awesome! Was a bit disappointed when Lennie, one of their reps, told me that we wouldn't be able to do the service this week(beginning of May) because they don't have a Flagstaff route scheduled. But I thought they offered same-day service? No big deal! Well, I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks and finally decided to reach out to Lennie. She apologized for the delay and told me they would be doing a Flagstaff route soon. Ok. Well I didn't hear anything for another month. Frankly I would've bothered them a lot sooner but experienced a death in the family and a bunch of other life stuff. So I reached out on June 26th, over 7 weeks after the initial work order! And guess what? I was told by Lennie and Steve that they will not be able to complete the service. Steve tried to pass my information to another company in Flagstaff that would supposedly reach out to schedule a service, but that never happened. So here I am now, nearly 2 months after having filed a claim with my insurance and placing a work order for a new windshield. And I need to go find a new company to do the work. Completely embarrassing communication and customer service from Diamondback Autoglass. And 2 months with no new windshield from a company that advertises same day replacement. A joke!

I wasn’t thrilled when my new Subaru Outback broke its windshield so soon after getting it. I made a few calls on a Saturday knowing my odds were slim in getting a response on the weekend. When I called Diamondback, I not only got an answer, but the most amazing customer service that put my mind at ease. When they say “don’t worry” they really mean don’t worry. It was all taken care of so quickly and effortlessly - and they even answered all of my silly questions and requests for a specific brand windshield. They came out to my home in N. Phoenix, and my windshield was not only replaced but recalibrated within just a few days of it breaking. The best part is my price was not just fair but LESS than both the dealership and Safelite. Diamondback is my new go-to for car glass services - I can’t recommend them enough!

Honestly that was some of the best service I ever had! 1. Initial service via phone call I sent pictures of the cracks in my window and they gave me a quote which was a reasonable price (2 cracks for $65) and not only that they came to my home to fix them within an hour of my phone call! 2. Technician was Richard he was so kind and had a great attitude, really went above and beyond to help me and was such a great person! I def recommend using this window company! 10/10 service and quality!

Fantastic service. Both Lennie and Jose were great communicators and delivered exactly what they promised. I was initially nervous because I have an older Land Rover Discovery and she is hard to find parts for plus after years in the AZ sun is delicate. Jose was amazing despite it being 114F they day her was here and the new windshield looks great. Thank you! Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future if I get another crack on any of my vehicles.

So quick and easy! I called around to so many auto glass shops and Diamondback auto glass has by far the best prices and was able to schedule for the following day. They came within the time window we were scheduled and were very understanding when we had to move it back on short notice. Richard did amazing work and made it so quick and truly an amazing experience. He was super friendly and is the reason we will consider them for all our future auto glass needs!
