Have used them for the past 4 years, very reasonable, consistent rates. Extended family also go here, they do it right the first time. No BS, offer a drop off service, so you can drop it the night before and pick it up after work or school the next day.

Acme Auto Glass was able to schedule me an appointment, contact and bill my insurance company and replace my windshield in under 24 hours. I am very impressed by their customer service and speedy work. Thanks again guys.

After a phone call and the process of dropping off our car we almost decided to cancel appointment and go with a different company based on the way we were treated by the lady up front. We felt like we did something wrong by calling and asking for a quote along with asking where to put our car while dropping off. While driving by later while out doing extra errands, we saw that the windshield was replaced. We called to see if we could swing by and pick it up if it was done and again same hostility shown to us, but alas, it was done and we were able to pick it up. Customer service aside. They were awesome! Had the car in with 24 hours of calling for a quote, and the glass was set within a few hours of dropping off. We called 3 places in the valley, and they were by far the cheapest and soonest. They saved our butt! Would recommend if we weren’t treated poorly by the lady up front multiple times.

Very impressed and pleased with Acme Auto Glass. Was able to fix the rock chip on my windshield immediately without an appointment. Cheapest place in town by far. $45 to fix my decent size rock chip probably the size of a nickel, when Speedy was wanting more then double that and wouldn't be able to do until the following week. The receptionist was very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to give me an estimate on the price of a window replacement just by telling her the model of vehicle, didn't have to look it up or anything. While waiting she allowed me to turn the lobby tv on and change the channel to what I wanted to watch. I was the there for less then 30 mins and window fixed. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for a rock chip fixed or replacement. This is where I will be going from now on

I have gone to Acme Auto Glass for years because of the inevitable chip or crack we get in our windshields. Every time I call, they are able to get me in almost immediately. When I arrive, it’s like clockwork; I wait in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes and then I’m out of there. I love that they offer a punch card for chips & they are conveniently located. If you haven’t addressed those chips, take this as your sign to go to Acme Auto Glass in Wasilla, Alaska.

The face of Acme, person behind the counter, answering the phones, MUST be the owner because nobody but an owner treats people like that and thinks they can keep their job! I didnt think it possible that the angry unprofessional apathetic woman who answered my call could be worse in person than she was in the phone but I was wrong. She was actually demonstrably worse in person Don’t hire the unemployable to be the face of your business.

Ridiculously overpriced. Went to get a quote for a couple of very small chips in my windshield, was quoted $150 base cost but that it could be more...no way! I ended up buying a "do it yourself" kit for about $12, now I can’t even tell where the damage was. They clearly take advantage of Alaska being so notorious for having windshield damage.

I wont use them again. Great front staff, very nice lady. As for other staff...... my vihicle came back to me with a broken fender and in a polite way they called me a lier. The issue i came in with was fixed, but i came out with a broken part that will cost more to fix then the original issue i saw them for.

We definitely not recommend this company for windshield replacement! They didn't do a good job with ours, we have to go back and ask them to fix the windshield wiper because it wasn't working after they replaced the windshield then our car came back with dent by the hood and broken cable for our hood opener!

The best! I was able to get an appointment super quick, when I arrived it was a super short wait for them to fill the 2 small chips I had in my windshield, and they charged me less than half of what I was quoted at 2 other shops in town. I would happily recommend them and definitely return.
