Keith is AH-MAY-ZING! He is not just a windshield "dentist" - he is a windshield miracle worker!! My husband and I were traveling to Tuscaloosa the day before, and a rock hit the windshield of our Mercedes and instantly created about a quarter-sized "firework" (my word - not the technical one, I'm sure!) On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, he let us come to his house and we were ready-to-roll in about 15 minutes ... and with a windshield where I could not even identify where the crack was previously! On another note, we had had a much smaller one previously repaired a few weeks ago, by a "big name" company. And although they were extremely nice and did a good job, I can still see where that one was located - and as I said, it was a MUCH less destructive crack than the one Keith literally erased from our windshield. I went to the nationally known windshield place that my insurance company recommended. My windshield had two chips and my wife’s windshield has a long crack. They turned one of my chips into a 12 inch crack. Because I signed a “we are not responsible…” contract, I was responsible for now replacing my windshield. They gave me a ridiculously high quote. Needless to say, i cancelled my wife’s appointment and decided to use someone else. I called Keith (Windshield Dentist). His quote was for both windshields was much less than the National chain place. Plus, he worked me in the next day. Can’t recommend them enough!! My daughter had a crack in her windshield from the highway. I called Keith and he was incredibly helpful and honest. His first thought was to repair the crack versus replace the window to save money. Upon further inspection, the windshield needed to be replaced. Keith and his co-worker, Jerome, met my daughter at her dorm parking lot and replaced the window at a time she was not in class. I live in Atlanta had handled this over the phone with Keith. He is incredibly professional and responsive. Keith is also a headlight magician! He restored her headlights and they literally look brand new. I have literally spent hundreds of dollars trying to do it myself to no avail. I would recommend Keith to anyone living in the Tuscaloosa area or anyone that has a student living in the area!

I spoke to someone March 24 about getting my windshield fixed on April 1, 2023..was very vague on scheduling a time but said he would order the glass and call me Thursday or Friday to schedule “closer to time.” Come Saturday morning April 1st I call him to see what time would work, and his response was “uh, I was afraid you would call….uh, I didn’t order the glass.” Very unprofessional, and quite inconvenient considering I live 2 hours away from Tuscaloosa. The Windshield Dentist was my first call today for a windshield repair for a place on my front windshield hit by a rock. The gentleman was on site within an hour, promptly did the repair. I was in Tuscaloosa over a weekend and needed a chip in windshield repaired Saturday before driving home. The big name place was closed saturdays as were most others I "googled". Fortunately, I discovered Windshield Dentist. The gentleman offered to be at my location in 20 minutes, was prompt, courteous, clean cut, kind (even helped me carry a large piece of equipment down three flights of stairs). Kieth did an awesome job getting to my broken back windshield. I called him august 21st and he was able to get my windshield delivered and installed the next day and on top of that he was able install it on the spot without having to go to any shop. The price for the windshield and install was also very reasonable. I was en route from Birmingham to New Orleans for a concert with my kids. After leaving Bham, I noticed that a crack in my windshield had grown since it happened last weekend.
