Aaron and Kevin came to my house to repair a window on my Honda van. Communication was consistently prompt and they were flexible with my schedule as I had to change plans a couple of times. They are pros. Without even talking to each other they worked in tandem on the repair, with so much experience working together they just knew what the other needed without them even asking. They are friendly, kind and very fair- significantly better priced than anyone else I called, and I called around to a number of businesses. I can highly recommend them, and while I hope I do not need their services again any time soon, I will absolutely call on them again if need be. Thank you, Aaron and Kevin!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was quite impressed. I had a rock hit my windshield this morning and they fixed it in same afternoon. Only $60 to repair it. I had two deep impacts to my windshield and all that is left are two dots on the windshield. It isn’t 100% perfect but I didn’t expect it to be. The repair is so much better than what it was when I brought it in. The ladies were nice and very helpful over the phone. They took my car back immediately and had it back out to me in 10-15 mins. The guy that took my car and fixed it was honest, very nice and friendly, as well and knowledgeable. He Informed me of the risks and all. I’ve already recommended them to one of my coworkers who also has a chip in his windshield (that is much smaller than mine was). There was also a sweet dog that greeted me outside :)

Our tech was very professional, very polite and a master in his skill to replace our back window. He cleaned up behind himself, cleaned the window and asked us to look and use the window to make sure we were happy. He let us know in advance what our costs would be and he also offered us extras such as changing our windshield wipers, etc. We were very pleased with him and he made Safelite AutoGlass look very good, thus the 5 star review.

Keith is AH-MAY-ZING! He is not just a windshield "dentist" - he is a windshield miracle worker!! My husband and I were traveling to Tuscaloosa the day before, and a rock hit the windshield of our Mercedes and instantly created about a quarter-sized "firework" (my word - not the technical one, I'm sure!) On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, he let us come to his house and we were ready-to-roll in about 15 minutes ... and with a windshield where I could not even identify where the crack was previously! On another note, we had had a much smaller one previously repaired a few weeks ago, by a "big name" company. And although they were extremely nice and did a good job, I can still see where that one was located - and as I said, it was a MUCH less destructive crack than the one Keith literally erased from our windshield.
