I highly recommend giving this place your business!! They are very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate! Robbie was able to find my glass and fix it when nobody else could! They were also able to beat all the other competitors prices, which was EXTREMELY helpful considering my current situation. He even wrapped the window with collision wrap and vacuumed the car out for free!!! As an added bonus he has also given me discounts on additional cracks in the front windshield. If you are looking for someone to do a great job and not charge you an arm and a leg PLEASE give them a call!! You won’t be disappointed!! I am VERY PLEASED with their work!! Once again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I called auto glass madness after getting a double rock chip in my windshield on a super cold day. They weren't able to answer when I called, but they returned my call very quickly and were able to set me up with an appointment the same day, which was great because I was worried about a crack growing fast with the extreme temps. Robbie was friendly and courteous and the pricing was very fair. The work they did was flawless and quick. I was in and out in a half hour. I will definitely return if(when) I get another chip or need other auto glass work done.

I brought in my dad’s car in and typically I am nervous to go into any car repair or maintenance shop without a male figure, however, Robbie and his grandfather made me feel like family. At no point did I feel like I didn’t know what was going on with the vehicle. Their customer service is beyond compare and rare in this day and age. The vehicle was ready quick and in perfect condition. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in the Tuscaloosa/Northport Area.

Robert helped me from the time I called. I would definitely use this company again. They picked up and dropped my car off. I can’t thank you guys enough. I have already recommended this company to a few people. Robert noticed I needed wiper blades replaced, he texted me to make me aware. My car arrived back to me with a new windshield and wiper blades! Just in case you’re wondering they replaced a windshield on a Mercedes Benz sedan. Again, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

This is probably one of the best car services I have received since being in Alabama. Robbie did a phenomenal job with replacing my broken windshield while also making sure my car looked brand new upon arrival! I had a fantastic experience with this business and owner. I was in need of a new windshield, the owner picked up the part in Birmingham the day I called, and had it installed later that afternoon. The price point was great, service was great, and I highly recommend giving them a call/visit if you are in need of window/windshield repair or replacement.

I called five different glass places and Robbie was the only person that gave me an explanation and choice of having a quality windshield put in verses an after market windshield. He was detailed and gave me the best price. They picked up my vehicle at my home and they brought it back in an hour. Robbie provided excellent service and quality of work.

Robbie was very helpful with getting my windshield replaced. He got the glass to his shop quickly. He even helped with my insurance claim and made things super simple. His communication and customer service is top notch. It’s not something you get a lot of these days. I’ll refer all my friends and family to his shop for any glasswork needs.

Auto Glass did a wonderful job. I got a rock chip in the windshield of my brand new car on my way to visit a child in Tuscaloosa. Robbie met me in the parking lot and did the repair quickly and professionally. It was an easy process and I had a fixed windshield before I headed home the next day. Absolutely love this business! Was referred to me by a friend. Used them twice within the past 8 months on 2 different vehicles. First one was a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the second was a 2020 Toyota Rav 4. Both times they were quick to make an appointment and to put the windshields in.
