If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This place gave me hope that America has a chance.. I just purchased a 2023 ZO6 Corvette I’m located in Texas headed to Montana doing a road trip with my wife. We had gotten a huge rock chip on the 287. My wife called everywhere. I knew it was going to be difficult because the cars a few weeks old.. every shop said 1-3 weeks.. I called Laramie Auto glass (mind you it’s 8am) Jacob called with such relief and said I could head over and he could possibly repair or order me one. We arrived to the shop unsure if it was open, just remodeling but they are open. I pulled in and he had moved me to priority and called every vendor he could to get the glass.. not only did he give us a loaner vehicle to get breakfest and breathe.. he got the window by noon and we were back on the road by 3pm.. I can’t express my gratitude to help someone out of state and make us feel right at home. The car other than the blue tape! Looked brand new again and made our bump in the road an overall great experience. I recommend this place 100% Jacob thank you again!

The WORST glass repair shop I have ever visited till day. I have changed at least 10 windshields in past 5 years. Never seen such rude people. I have visited them to get my windshield chip filled. It’s a tiny chip, I have informed them that I filled clear glue in it and told them if you cannot fix leave as it is. The guy told me he can fix it. He started working on it and in the process of filling after he drilled it. He slipped and his weight transferred to the glass. My windshield scattered, I told the owner that his employee damaged the glass in the process of fixing a tiny chip. The owner disagreed it and asked me to replace the windshield. Heated arguments raised between us, for the mistake done by his inexperienced worker. Please try to avoid this place if you are looking for a good service. It used to be good, don’t know what happened.

Jacob and the crew were pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond on my vehicle. I came in for a few simple chip repairs, and at first I was a bit worried. I was greeted by a large, mostly empty, unfinished room and after bringing my car into the garage, I returned to that room to wait. After a bit, Jacob came in and told me that he took care of some minor body damage I had, as well. I was assured that if anything went wrong with my chip repair, that the cost would be deducted from a new windshield in the future. I will definitely be coming back again if I need any repair work done down the road!

Went in to get my windshield replaced and unfortunately there were some issues with the new glass being broken when it was delivered and then the new glass being out of stock, however, even though it took a couple days they were very communicative the whole time and accommodating with giving us a loaner car for the time being and overall very kind. They even offered to clean the car while they had it waiting for the windshield to be replaced. Posting for a friend. She took her car there and they fixed her windshield no problem but when she got her car back the fabric on the ceiling was cut and falling down. She took it back to see why they cut it and they were extremely rude. They told her that they didn’t do anything wrong and said that she probably didn’t notice it was that way. They also pointed to a weather strip on the outside of the car and said this is going bad too bet you didn’t notice that either. Very rude. Terrible customer service and no people skills.

The sunroof on my Subaru had blown off in the Laramie wind, and these guys were able to get me in their shop the same afternoon I called. Although sunroofs aren't something they usually have to deal with, they were willing to figure it out and reattached it better than new in about 15 minutes. They were super friendly, efficient, and got me in and out as quick as possible. I would recommend Laramie Auto Glass every time for your car glass needs. Thank you!

Called a few places for quotes, not only did this one have the lowest (by far) price, they were able to get me in the next day. Jacob drove me home, and dropped the car off when it was done. I couldn't believe the service and to think how smoothly things run for a predominantly one man show. He had some cool cars in there too if you're into that. I'll only come here from now on, don't let the simple workshop fool you, he knows what he's doing.

They were extremely professional and kind to my dumb university student who needed a windshield replaced. The windshield was in terrible shape and they got him in quickly. I appreciate the fixes they had to do when some plastic trim kept falling off. It was probably super annoying. Made me happy as a parent paying the bill that they treated my student with care.

I had some auto window rock chips and I needed a repair done for them. Not only was it fairly cheap, they did an amazing job. They worked with me on finding a time that would go with my work schedule, as well as worked fast. Highly recommend this place! Don’t let the unfinished entrance room fool you, they are highly qualified!
