I was parked downtown, and someone from Windshield Paramedic was working on the windshield of a truck that was parked next to me. He worked on it while someone watched, and he had the truck door all the way open while he worked, blocking me from backing up. He saw me get in the car, turn it on, and turn on my lights. Even when he went to the other side of the car, he did not shut the door. I had to wait about 15 minutes just to leave because he was blocking me.

Coming home from Casper a couple of months ago we passed a truck. Heard a *plink* and two cracks appeared- one going toward the driver's side and the other the passanger's. We had a windshield broken by hail a couple of years ago and had it replaced by the Windshield Paramedic. Since we were pleased with the service we'd received I took the Passat in to see what it would cost. I think it was a Thursday. They checked the car out and I even found out that my car (if I set it up correctly) would make the wipers come on if it began to rain! And even better was that they could replace it Tuesday the next week. That was last week and I have been driving around with uncracked glass this week. It is wonderful. Nice and friendly folks and fast service. Can't be beat. Now I just need to get out the manual and find out how to operate those automatic wipers...

Great customer service and focus! Met me at my convenience and my timing. My windshield chip looked like it was shot by a BB gun. I work in Gillette, but live out of town. Windshield chip repair usually takes less than 30 minutes. I called the nationally known chip repair place that starts with an "N" and they were always booked, and expected me to cater to them. After my third call and more of their BS, I said forget 'em. I called Chris, the Windshield Paramedic, and he fixed me up in less than a half hour. I highly recommend him and his excellent customer service. Give this guy your business. You won't regret it.

I guarantee you aren’t going to find a better family owned company who puts the customer first. They have always been honest and committed to providing top notch service. It’s always handled in a timely manner with smiles on their faces. Windshields aren’t the only thing they offer as I have also recently had a bed liner sprayed in. They not only have the option to come to you but they have an awesome new building just off of HWY 59. The service from the Rogge family cannot be beat. The only disappointment you’ll have is not going to them. Dan Smith (Forever a Windshield Paramedic customer)

I just wanted to say that Chris saved us. We were on vacation when a rock smashed out our sunroof. With that being a special order, he didn’t have one in stock. However, he was able to remove the broken glass and put plastic over the hole. He said he wasn’t sure how well it would hold up with us traveling back to Illinois, but it held up fantastic. Chris if you remember us we made it back save and sound and it held up just fine. Thanks for all your help! You are a kind and caring person.

We had our windshield replaced here a few months ago and they had our rig in and out in just a couple hours! We recently had a chip so swung by to see if they could fix before it spread, they quickly pulled us in and fixed the chip while working on the other vehicles as well! They were running back and forth and working very quickly on multiple vehicle in the shop! Plus my kids were in awe watching them pull a window off a different vehicle! Very impressed and highly recommend!!

Very nice owner, I was traveling from out of town with a bad (cold front) storm moving in. Took a rock from a semi that caused a quarter to half dollar star. With the impending snow, ice and defrost, I was worried it would quickly crack and spread over an expensive windshield. Called his business and he fit me in even though he was only there to meet a customer to pick their car up. In and out in a half hour and it hasn't cracked. Very appreciative!

I think $90.00 was a little too excessive for the service I received. I have seen professionals that will Dremel the end of a bad crack to keep it from walking. This was not done. Very mysterious closed door. If I would have known they were just going to use epoxy and film strips I would have done that myself. No guarantee was stated multiple times. Gillette has three other options for this service. One said they would have charged $30.00.

Went here to get my front windshield replaced after getting a golfball sized crack. I came in and they had a look at it and were able to give me an estimate and placed the order for the new windshield right away. Making an appointment was super easy and they were super friendly there and even offered to give me a ride home while I waited for them to replace it! I highly recommend this place to anyone with a cracked windshield (:

This place was amazing. I called with a couple chips I got while driving to Gillette and everywhere I called couldn't get me in till the following week even with them being super busy they told us to bring the vehicle right down and they would fix it right away for us. Very professional and loved the atmosphere and the sweet lady at the front was so much fun to visit.ServicesAuto windshield repair
