Zach was extremely helpful and efficient! we had a couple snafus getting my truck in to get my trucks back window regulator fixed (but none of the problems we're because of Zach, it was all situations out of both of our control), but he was very good at communicating what was happening and making sure that I didn't feel like I was being a burden. Zach was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, you could just tell by even a short interaction that he cares about his clients, and cares about doing a great job. His rates were more than reasonable, and he had my truck done within an hour and a half after me dropping it off for my scheduled appointment. I've had my window fixed for less than 24 hours, but I've already been recommending him to family and friends! It's one of those bummers, when I like something, I want to support it as much as I can. But a window repair isn't something I want to keep happening in order to show my support for Zach... So hopefully this review and my word of mouth will suffice.

Zach and the team at Absaroka Auto Glass were FANTASTIC to work with from start to finish. We initially took our vehicle in and Zach realized very quickly that he needed additional things to complete our install correctly. He was quick to call us, order the clips and then reschedule our appointment when everything came in. The install was done quickly and efficiently and it’s so nice to have a new windshield! The insurance process was also a breeze. We recommend AAG to everyone and will continue to do so! Zach is great! Not only is he great from a technical standpoint , but he’s also willing to go the extra mile to get the product you need. We drive a foreign vehicle that has been tough to find glass for, but Zach is willing to do the work and also do the necessary calibrations. He is also fast and always extremely courteous. I would highly recommend Absaroka Auto Glass! So great to have such great service locally.

Wonderful experience! Zach, the owner and glass technician, has years of expertise and made the process of replacing my front windshield in my ‘06 Duramax a breeze. He even explained all the little things in the process that gave me confidence that it was installed correctly and professionally. Classy looking shop as well. Everything was clean and organized… even the bathroom was spotless. Highly recommended.

I had a cracked windshield in our 2017 Honda Ridgeline with a couple “runners”. He looked at it Wednesday afternoon, apologized that he couldn’t get it in right away and confirmed that he could have it done by end of day the following Monday. And he did, as promised. They cleaned off the dash & seats, and vacuumed the floorboards. Very professional, fair prices, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Absaroka Auto Glass is the best glass shop in the bighorn basin. We’ve had them replace windshields in multiple pickups, and cars. They’ve also repaired chips in our semis and ordered windows for our horse trailer. There’s nothing that involves glass that they can’t do. As long as they’re in business all of our vehicles will go to them for all of our glass repair needs. Honest, reliable, fair, and fast.

This was so easy to get replaced. The process was smooth, and Absaroka worked with my insurance company. Calibration of the windshield was done perfectly. I would highly recommend this shop for ease and professionalism We will definitely be using them again if we need a new windshield or rock chip repair. Zach is the guy I trust for auto glass. He knows his craft in and out, has high integrity and great attention to detail. Upon preparing for my original appointment he noticed a tiny flaw in the replacement glass that was sent, contacted me and said he’d rather exchange it for one that’s 100%. Very clean shop and courteous service. We were immediately fit into the schedule later that day. Absorca Auto Glass replaced a windshield in our car over 2 years ago and we had the same courteous service. This time our bill was less than expected!
