We were traveling on I-80 when a truck threw a big rock through our passenger window. Pulling into Cheyenne we called the Toyota dealer. They did not do glass an recommended Artistic auto Glass. I called and spoke with them and found out they were not able to get a replacement window until the following morning. They did however clean out all the broken glass and cover my window allowing me to drive and get a hotel. They then had me bring the car back that afternoon and preped everything so in the morning they could just install the window. Further they let me keep my car inside their shop over night as to not have open and sitting in the hotel parking lot. That next morning that had my car done first think by 9AM so we were able to get on the road. I can't thank the folks at Artistic Auto Glass enough for their compassion and professionalism in helping a stranded travel. Highly recommend them!!!ServicesAuto power window repair

He even researched & texted details to purchase new side cowl end replacements since mine were aging. This man is a friggin’ hero. He quite literally saved me from what would have been well over a week of not being able to earn an income (I use my car for work) while waiting for a ‘national brand’ to just evaluate my windshield and tell me that their shoddy warranty wouldn’t cover their even shoddier work. Meaning he also saved me from a SECOND $1100 bill or insurance claim for said ‘national brand’ to redo said shoddier work after it failed less than a month in. This man isn’t in it for the money, but he’s worth his weight in gold. He cares. And he’s GOOD at what he does. It was downright magical watching him work. I’m so thankful to him and his amazing wife. They let me come in *after hours* out of sheer kindness, and because of that what could have been thousands in lost wages and cost, plus more shoddy work that may well just have left me without a safe vehicle to use to earn my income for a third (fourth, fifth… eleventh… who knows) time mere weeks after completion, and then thousands MORE in lost wages and cost, became a couple hours of one evening and no lost wages, at a fraction of the cost. I cannot overstate how incredibly grateful I am for him. He has a new customer for life in me.

Had the misfortune of having a rock kicked up into my windshield a few days before a large hail storm (08/01/2025). I had already made the appointment, figuring I'd need the windshield replaced due to the size of the crack. Showed up the day after the hail storm because that's when my appointment was and the lobby was full of people who showed up without appointments. The staff were quick, efficient, and courteous to all customers while trying to schedule their appointments. When it was my turn to drop off my vehicle I explained what happened, and said I thought it would need replacement but wasn't sure. The technician took the time to take a look and said they could still try to fill it but with a chance to it spreading. Well they filled the crack in 30 minutes, no spread, and I was on my way. Great service.
