I have had my vehicle serviced here twice and both times the service has been excellent! They were fast, friendly, and inexpensive. Before deciding to return to Auto Glass Pro for the second time I called another near-by glass repair shop to inquire about their rates. The other local shop stated that they would charge nearly $50 more AND they informed me that it would take them three hours to replace my windshield. Auto Glass Pro did the job in only an hour and a half! I am extremely pleased! I highly recommend Auto Glass Pro!

We came to Casper from Idaho and, of course, got a rock chip. One business had a 45 minute wait that they didn't tell me about until I got there. We drove straight over to Auto Glass Pro and Jordan got us right in and out to about 10 minutes. They wouldn't even take payment or insurance information. Had a wonderful experience here after discovering a chip in my windshield that I thought I had already repaired, but turns out I misremembered. They got me in instantly, let me sit in my car while they repaired the chip, and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes… all for no charge! The staff was super friendly, and I think their support for the community is incredible. I would recommend this business to everyone!

Auto Glass Pro replaced my windshield 2 years ago. In the two years since, they have offered the best care and service of any glass company I have experienced. I had one really bad rock chip that was starting to web, they filled it, and it is still holding a year later. If you need a windshield replacement, choose this group. Yes, they have a busy schedule, but it is because they are THE best.

We are on a long camping trip and got hit by a small rock. The folks here had a person answering the phone on a weekend. I was able to forward the info for the truck and coordinate insurance with them in casper wy from riverton wy. We dropped the camper off at the harvest host on a Tuesday. They gave us a ride to the camper and later delivered our tundra. Excellant service. Thanks guys.

OK. Straight up here . Great business. Only recommendation would be to get a text reminder of the scheduled appt. If there was a sixth star, it would go to this business. They are courteous, timely and do excellent installations. My 2011 F150 looks fabulous. I rate fairly, and they earned this rating, hands down. Thanks for the great service.

Highly recommend! Don't let your insurance company fool you! Auto Glass Pro does work on Safelite insurance claims. They are a small locally owned business with great customer service. They took care of a small crack in my windshield on the spot. They are my new go to glass shop for windshield repairs and replacements.
