Best service at most competitive price. I contacted Todd on a Thursday afternoon about my cracked windshield and he was able to get me in the next day at a fraction of the cost of a competitor. He was extremely professional and friendly at the appointment. He left the waiting room door open so I could see everything he was doing and even inviting me in to see what my car looked like without the windshield. Altogether it only took 40 minutes! Extremely happy with the service!!! Update: Because if my bad fortune, I had to make a second trip to Todd because a rock was kicked up and chipped my new windshield. Emailed Todd about it and he has me in the very next day, first appointment of the morning. When I got there, he was ready for me and the appointment took all but 10 minutes and he didn't charge me a dime! I am so thankful to have found Todd. It is always great to have someone you can rely on when these unfortunate things happen.

I had a crack in my windshield. Insurance companies in WI are not required by law to replace damaged windshields at their expense, so of course they don't. In my case, the insurance-contracted glass repair company, a household name brand, was just under the deductible (of course). I like to support local business so I emailed Madison Auto Glass. Todd replied quickly, we got a date and time set up in-shop, and on the day of the replacement he finished the job in about 35 minutes. He told me to let him know if it had wind noise or water leakage and he'd fix it, no charge. That very same day I drove five and a half hours on one of the windiest days ever and the windshield was silent. The next day it rained and no issues there either. Todd did an amazing job. I recommend Madison Auto Glass wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Through no fault of my own I ended up with a cracked windshield. I got a quote from a couple other places... local was $295... the popular company that comes to you was $370... and Madison Auto Glass was $245. Yes, $245! Scheduling was super easy and fit my schedule. The owner was promptly ready to fix my windshield after telling me where the bathroom was and where some bottled water was. The waiting room has comfortable, clean furniture, tv, and magazines. The work was quick, maybe 45 minutes? Overall, great price, great quality, and convenient, or at least as convenient as buying a new windshield can be. I have another car I will eventually take there. They guarantee their work for life and their prices cannot be beat, so just go there. It will be the best unexpected money you spend.

Super nice and professional. I had had my windshield replaced a few weeks prior by a different establishment and so when I got the very small chip in my windshield a few weeks later my insurance company recommended I pay out of pocket so my rates didn’t go up. I called the place I had my windshield replaced they quoted me $130 to repair the pencil tip sized chip in my windshield. Um no. I called a few places and not only could Madison Auto Glass get me in the next day he was also way less! Todd is the BEST. Fast and clean! I Had a cracked windshield & was afraid to drive 2 get pulled over. Todd got my windshield ordered the day I called him and had an appointment a few days after and it was it replaced within 40 minutes from when my appointment started. I called to have my windshield repaired on a vehicle I just purchased. Todd answered and said he could fit me in that morning. He took a look and explained that the chip had previously been repaired and it would probably not spread and would be fine. No hard sell to replace the windshield. Todd was faster, friendlier, more knowledgeable and less expensive that the two auto glass places that pop up first on a google search. I only called him because I noticed the five stars under the other listings. It is always done better when the owner of the company is doing the actual work. He’s a great guy. He’s seen it all in the auto business and he helped me with a lot of other auto related questions that have been on my mind. Todd did a fantastic job repairing the two chips in my windshield! His attention to detail is great and he takes great care of his customers. Working in the automotive business for around 10 years now, I have seen a lot of work done by different glass repair companies. I can honestly say he has done the best work I've seen to date. Price was good But window cracked within an hour after installation on the inside of the glass. Called the guy the owner he said he'd fix it!!!! BUT no call back in a WEEK!!!!! So here's your review. You want a cheap fix there ya go. Next time ill go somewhere more reputable even though it will cost me more. Save your money go somewhere else. Don't get screwed over like me!!! My windshield developed a crack across the entire pane and needed a quick repair. Safelite would not be able to do the repair for a few weeks. I found Todd and Madison Auto Glass through the great reviews on Google. I left him a voicemail and he texted me back promptly. I was able to get my windshield replaced 2 days after initial contact and the repair was done in an hour. Amazing customer service!
