I have had many glass repairs done at this business over the years and they have always been consistent, with thier kindness, wonderful customer service, and their reasonable pricing. A lot of places make you feel like they just want your money and don't care about anything else, but not this place. They price fairly, and they really let you know all of what is going on with your glass problem. They let you know all of the possible solutions to fix it. I will always come here and I refer family and friends anytime they have a window problem.

Great service. Broke my back windshield moving a free shelf I needed. Called and was able to speak with gentleman, believe he was the owner that answered all my questions, gave me options, and had availability the same week. Dropped my vehicle off two days later and was able to pick up the following day. Very professional, helpful, quality service, and affordable. Would defiently recommend to others and use in the future although I'm not hoping to break glass anytime soon! Thank you!

Brought my 1993 Ford F250 here to get a new windshield installed. There was a lot of corrosion underneath, that had to be dealt with and they got it all done in a respectable amount of time. The quality of work seems great (showed pictures along the way). The only couple downfalls I think they could possibly improve on was keeping me up to date on what was going on. I called the shop at the end of the business day just to check up. After I had gotten the truck back, I had to install my rear view mirror into the bracket. Simple, but still. The last comment I have is, with all the body work that needed to be done, I have a lot fragmentation particles inside my truck. I don't expect them to clean my truck obviously lol, but I'm surprised they didn't put a sheet to cover the seats, dash, and steering wheel to help prevent that. 2nd time I've used these guys and both times it has been a pleasure. Great personalities. Quick and efficient. Helped with educating me on insurance options, if it was necessary to file a claim from a broken windshield. Also was quite impressed that they used a razor blade to take off stickers n stuff on front windshield and installed them on new window. They warned me that some of them may not work due to computer chips inside the stickers. Greatly appreciated all they did for me

I called in the morning and was given an appointment at 11:00. Kent was right on time as he pulled the van into the shop. We soon got to talking while he worked on repairing the chipped windshield. It was a most enjoyable hour learning about the history of the shop and discussing many subjects. Kent, you and your son have outdone yourselves again. My original review was from my 2012 Impala from several years ago. J&F just replaced the windshield in my 16" f150. Once again I am extremely pleased with the results. You can't find this kind of workmanship anymore. They are the best at what they do and take the time to do it right. Dropped my Sienna off yesterday evening and by this morning, my windshield was fixed ahead of the committed time despite their super busy schedule. They did a great job replacing our damaged windshield. When we found out that the replacement and the manufacturer's defect they replaced it again, of course at no charge, and used a different manufacturer. The end result was perfect.
