My windshield got a 1.5 inch spider crack while my boyfriend and I were visiting Milwaukee over the weekend. I wasn’t going to risk a 5 hour drive back to Minneapolis with a spider crack (especially with the long stretch of construction on 94 E & W.) I called about 15 different auto glass repair shops which had zero appointments available for several days. It was sunday and I had work the next day so I would have had to take off work and pay for a hotel until i could get an appointment, but then i called Obed at Safelife and he literally drove to my location and had my windshield repaired within the hour that I contacted him. Obed was thorough and explained each process as he was repairing the crack. Safelife is a life saver at half the cost of what the other repair shops quoted me!! thank you again, Obed :-)

I needed my front and rear windshields replaced after a hail storm rolled through. I went with this company because of its great reviews and competitive price. I ended up having a few small blips as it happens sometimes and I had to call the company to let them know. All I can tell you is I have possibly NEVER had better customer service in my entire life. We discussed what was wrong and I told them how I would like it to be corrected and they went above and beyond in making sure it was right. They were apologetic and sincere. And reminded me that I am still covered under a lifetime warranty and that they wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied and I really was. I will use this company again if the need arises.

On Sunday morning I woke to a long crack on my windshield. Afraid to drive around with that 12” inch crack, I went to Integrity first thing Monday morning- without an appointment. I chose Integrity based on their proximity to my home and their glowing online reviews. I spoke with the owner, Obed, who said he would squeeze me in. Obed is kind and explained everything fully. Less than 2 hours later, I left with a sparkling new windshield complete with calibration. The wait was very pleasant in their lovely waiting area, complete with refreshments. The price was very reasonable. The windshield looks better than new. I would not go anywhere else in the future for windshield repairs. Thank you Obed!

Omar and Safelife are the best! Unfortunately my car got broken into yesterday and my rear side window was shattered. I called around to find a glass repair company but everyone was closed because it was a Sunday. I got ahold of Omar and he said he could come out as early as the next day to replace the glass, which was 3-4 days sooner than these bigger glass companies. He replaced my window in under an hour and he charged a very reasonable rate unlike some of the quotes I was getting from other companies. He also cleaned all the glass from inside and under my vehicle! I will certainly be going back to Omar and safelife should I need more window replacements.

Can not speak more highly of this company!! I live downtown MKE and was one of 7 residents that had their car window broken and car ransacked. Safelife came the day I called to repair my window. Cheapest and most reliable company in the city. The technician was very skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and quick! He was on time and came to my lot to fix it on site. He vacuumed all of the glass out of my car and door and replaced with a new glass in under 30 minutes. Seriously such a lifesaver. I hope to never have this happen again but if I do, I’ll be coming back to Safelife. THANK YOU!!! I am so grateful

WOW! Out of the park! Was the least expensive quote, lifetime warranty, the waiting room was like a spa lounge, and the installer pointed out 1) a critter had nested under my hood (he showed me the gunk he had cleaned out, ALONG WITH having vacuumed my front seats and floors), and 2) he gave me a “heads up” that my cabin air filter was completely exposed because of a missing part under the hood. Knowledgable, price-point conscious, and went the extra mile. They’re also open Saturdays which was a big plus for me. Would recommend to anyone—old school customer service with a modern touch. Absolutely amazing above and beyond customer service and quality of work. I took my car here for window chip repair and not only was the pricing very reasonable but the work they do is immaculate as well. Customer service is top tier and the window chip repairs came with a lifetime warranty which I was not expecting at all. I will continue to come here for all of my auto glass needs. Wow! I am impressed! A rock shattered my back passenger window and I was dreading getting it fixed because I expected it to be a whole expensive and time consuming ordeal. Called them today, they had the replacement in stock and came to my house same day. It was far less expensive than I thought it would be and even less of a hassle. I very much appreciated the professionalism and excellence with wich everything was handled. Thank you to Omar the certified tech!!

The service was great, but this review isn’t about really that. My recent appointment to have a chip repaired on my windshield had a slight hiccup on their end. Safelife and Obed more than handled it properly, quickly, and professionally. The issue was resolved almost immediately and the communication was great for the entire process. I would absolutely recommend and use them again. Obed was professional and his communication was great.

Awesome Service! Omar was very professional and fast, I called on a Sunday evening and they were already booked up for Monday, so the next available would’ve been Tuesday, I called back to see if there were any cancellations, not only did they fit me in they were nice enough to give me a time after I got off work. The passenger window was installed along with all the broken glass removed ,took maybe 45 minutes to an hour tops.
