I would give zero stars if I could. NEVER use this business. I called Milwaukee Auto Glass about a windshield replacement. They asked me if my car had automatic emergency braking, and I said yes. They said nothing further about it and had me come in to replace my windshield. I did further research about the emergency braking, and realized that a replacement windshield would require recalibration to make my car safe to drive. When I went to pick up my car from them, I asked if they'd done the recalibration and they said no -- I had not been informed that they were incapable of performing this task and that their inability to do so would cost me extra money somewhere else or render my car's cruise control system completely unsafe to use. The only reason they even told me about it is because I had looked it up and asked them. I brought my car to the dealer to get the system checked, and the dealer informed me that Milwaukee Auto Glass had used ZIP TIES and TAPE to attach my windshield, and that when the aftermarket glass they used didn't fit my car the way it was supposed to, the GLUED IT to the moulding. The dealer ultimately had to replace the moulding, replace the windshield, and recalibrate the system due to the incompetence of this business. When I reached out for a refund, they told me they would refund me for the labor but not the glass. But, when I tried reaching out again, the phone line was dead, no one answered any emails, and I never received even a partial refund. This business DESTROYED my car, and cost me over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS in repairs at another shop. one of the cheaper places I found when I had to get a new windshield. It took them close to 3 hours to replace because they said the old windshield had a lot of rust. with that being said, then they gave me my car, the inside was all gross and dirty. they did not do a good job with cleaning up the debris and broken glass that comes with replacing the windshield. not sure if I would ever come here again but if you’re looking for something quick and average, go here. EDIT because the owner replied: I did come here to get the windshield fixed so i’m not sure why you would ask if I came to your shop or not, hence me leaving a review. The worker told me 2 hours. I get there after 2 hours and they tell me an additional 30-45 minutes is needed with no explanation other than”there were a lot of cars today” even though I was the third customer there as I arrived two minutes after opening. once it was done, they then informed me it was due to rust. not sure why you as an owner would say such a comment about “other shops would’ve turned you away.” Don’t get defensive, take accountability and do better for the future customers. changing my stars because of that, talk about a lack of proper customer service.

Had an Auto Page remote starter installed about 2 years ago. They did a great job then. Stopped in on 1/9/18 with a radio problem on the same Ford Ranger XLT. Thought it may be related to the remote starter but turned out it wasn't. Thanks for being kind and checking the wiring. Glad to have stopped in because I bought the new Pioneer radio from Alex. Just like before, great customer service and cordial - missing in today's daily communication. You guys rock! Outstanding product knowledge in comparing different radios, hassle free install and very competitive pricing. So glad you were able to install it while I waited. Fantastic! Quite possibly the fastest and the most inexpensive glass replacement business I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I needed a new windshield for my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. I contacted many businesses for quotes and Milwaukee auto glass not only beat everyone by almost 100 dollars but could fix it the very same day. The staff were extremely professional in both sales and service. What impressed me was not only how fast they were able to swap out my window, but transferring the windshield stickers as well. I have "tamper proof" stickers in the front windshield for car washes, parking garage, etc, all with RFID chips. Somehow they were able to put them on the new windshield without destroying them and that blew me away. Very impressed! I highly recommend this place for all your auto glass needs.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!! I came July 23rd for my driver window to get replaced. They were on time with replacing the window, but there was a chip at the top. I didn’t notice until I got home, but couldn’t call because they were closed. I called back July 26th, and they told me to bring my car and they’ll take a look at it. Today, Wednesday, July 28th, I’m here to bring my car and they took it back right away for replacement for $0.00! They explained to me it may have happened during shipping and handling. My window has been off track for over a year now because of trying to roll it down in the winter. I called the day before asking if they could get it back on track for me, and they quoted me $50. I was 20mins late but they got me in at 9:50am the next morning and I was out by 10:06am. Paid the price they quoted me and my window was fixed. GREAT customer service and my window works perfectly again. Workers were friendly and communicated well. They worked some crazy magic on my Civic when 4 huge rocks fell out of the sky and landed INSIDE my car. In under 3 hours they replaced the windshield, both side windows and back window, vacuumed all the glass. All jokes aside they did a great job fast and it was a lot cheaper than other quotes I got. Had installed my amplifier and subwoofer today. I called and asked for a quote on how much they would charge for installation, they worked with me and was thorough through out the call. They told me to bring my set up and they’ll take a look and I did just that 10 mins later. I get there and right away they took care of me and was on it. They speculated my amp and sub and knew they can get the job done. Long story short, they took my car in and worked on it right away. The wait was only about an hour and the system sounds amazing. They did a great job through the whole process. I tip my hat to them. Awesome job guys!

Milwaukee Auto Glass & Sound had excellent customer service. I had called 3 other auto glass shops and they told me they didn’t have a windshield for my car in stock. They would’ve had to order it, and the windshield wouldn’t arrive for another 2 days. When I called Milwaukee Auto Glass, they had my windshield in stock and were able to do the installation with a great price within the same day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they worked efficiently and effectively. I would definitely recommend them for any auto glass services!

Recently had an Intoxalock interface installed and it was surprisingly fast. I called and talked to Alex who is very nice on the phone and the guys there have great and professional customer service.
