Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Just wanted to take the time to personally write of my 1st tike experience with GLASS AMERICA & GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS! I Arrived about 15 -20 min ahead of scheduled appt & was immediately met by a very positive front desk receptionist from GERBER (Ann Marie) She took my keys and let me know my windshield technician Mr Nicholas G was already there & my 4 Runner was immediately taken back & into the auto bay shop. About 1.5 hrs later Nicholas told me my SUV was ready & I paid deductible and he was very knowledgeable and covered warranty coverage and let me know if I had any trouble to give Glass America a call if anything needed to be addressed after the fact . The next thing that happened after I took custody of my keys was I went outside to give a quick visual inspection of the work and I’ll tell this next part LITERALLY BLEW MY SOCKS OFF !!!!!! The front WINDSHIELD install looked like my SUV came straight off the dealership show room floor :-). The glass was perfectly seated and adjacent gaskets looked like they had never even been disturbed….WOW !!!!! I’m was ABSOLUTELY impressed and i even gave a call to my customer Rep at Glass America in PEWAUKEE WI (Cheyenne) she was FANTASTIC from day 1 and was above to get me approved for an actual TOYOTA OEM windshield ordered directly from TOYOTA…. I can’t say how impressed and happy I was was once I picked up my SUV, will definitely be using GLASS AMERICA for all my future window or glass repairs Sincerely Lamont

Initially, I was extremely disappointed with a recent windshield repair. What started as a small, barely noticeable rock chip (about the size of a grain of rice) was left with an unsightly, uncured lump and visible resin, making it look significantly worse. The initial repair seemed rushed, completed in under five minutes, and the resin could easily be scraped off with a fingernail, which was completely unacceptable. However, Jason Parks came out to inspect the repair, promptly agreed it was not done properly, and immediately re-did the repair. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring the job was done correctly were outstanding. I am now completely satisfied with the outcome. This second repair is exactly what I expected from a professional service, and I truly appreciate Jason's excellent work in rectifying the situation.

I had a great experience with Glass America from start to finish. The entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They made scheduling easy and kept me informed every step of the way. A special shoutout to John, who handled my windshield replacement — he was fantastic. Not only was he punctual and efficient, but he was also friendly, respectful, and clearly took pride in his work. He made sure everything was done perfectly and took the time to walk me through what to expect before and after the install. I recently had a windshield replaced by Glass America. They went above and beyond to make sure the replaced with the OEM Windshield. And not only that I had to cancel my first appointment due to weather conditions. They scheduled me for the next day. I would highly recommend Glass America to anyone needing glass replaced. I know they will diffently be doing all of mine. A big thank you to Jason, Matt and all the office staff. It was an awesome experience.

can't say enough great things about Mike and Glass America… They came out to help me with a windshield… They were on time polite, and actually after inspecting my windshield realized it wasn't cracked or broken at all… They were kind enough to do an inspection and verify it was safe honesty like that is much appreciated… Highly recommend this company if you want friendly , on time professional, honest , technicians who truly care.

Very responsive, I believe I dealt with Denise, she was prompt, which in this day and age isn’t easy. My calls were answered, or returned quickly. Service came out without me home, did a great job. With the massive hail storm we had and the amount of broken glass in the community, it was great to get fast service. I had my windshield, sunroof, and side window replaced due to the hail. I would definitely recommend to friends/family.

I am so glad that I went with class america. They were very nice on the phone and Ryan who installed my windshield was just fantastic. I like the fact that they guarantee their price that they quoted me over the phone compared to Safelite who could only hold their price for 4 days. Turkey destroyed my windshield. Glass America was able to get me into their shop fast (faster than anyone else in Madison that I called). I also had to pay out of pocket for the expense and they were about to get me a very fair price. The work they did seems excellent and the people were so nice. I hope I don't have to come back for another broken windshield, but if it happens again I would happy to give them business again.

I was caught in a terrible hailstorm while driving that completely destroyed my windshield. Glass America was the ONLY place that was able to fix it day of, and not a week or more out. I was 30 miles from home and fully rely on my car for work, so a same day repair was a must. Mike was incredibly proficient, helpful, and friendly. He did a fantastic and prompt job, and was a total life saver! Thank you Mike!!

Needed my windshield replaced after some hail damage. Was able to get scheduled right away and it was very convenient that they came to my house to do it! Jon was great and very friendly. Texted me to give me updates on his arrival, and got the job done quickly. Was even nice enough to transfer over my oil change sticker from my old windshield onto the new one. Would definitely use their services again.
