Elite Auto Glass

I don't know why I'm the only review. These guys were awesome. I was not overly concerned with the price to replace my windshield. I was expecting $300 to $400 based on Safelite prices. I did want the job done quickly. The competition couldn't schedule anything for week so I shopped around and found Elite Auto Glass. I called for a quote as was very surprised to hear that they were over $100 cheaper and could stop by my work to replace the windshield the next morning. The cost difference made me nervous about quality but that was unfounded. They have a lifetime warranty on their work. The job was finished quickly and professionally today and the tech that did work was great to work with, even though the weather threw a curve ball. I think they even threw in a pair of blades.

This is my second rave review for Elite Auto Glass. This time a speeding dump truck threw a rock onto the windshield of my Audi A4 and left a big crack in it. First I called Madison-dealer-in-every-kind-of-car: annoying, interminable phone tree with no humans, a week to get an estimate for more than $2,000, and we'll call you later when we can make time for you. I left a message for Elite Auto Glass, got a call back within minutes, an estimate for $409 plus tax, and a booking for the following Monday. They came to my house, were careful and courteous, and everything is good again. Same glass, lower-tech operation, down-home small business. I love these guys.

I had a very sizable crack in my windshield, so I needed a full replacement. I got quotes from some other companies, and ended up choosing Elite Auto Glass - Madison. I called them to get a quote and they were very friendly and gave me a significantly better price than I’d found elsewhere. On the day of my appointment, I cruised in there at 9:00 am and was out by around 9:45 with a brand new windshield. Kane was really helpful in explaining everything. Also-the waiting room is super comfortable. It’s a nice, clean, professional environment. If you’re looking for auto glass replacement or repair in Madison, I’d definitely choose these guys. Highly recommended!!

Good morning, I just wanted to reach out to your company and let you know that your technicians, Chris and Mike (I believe), were just here at my home and did a fantastic job. They were both very professional, informative and friendly. They filled the chip in my windshield very quickly and I had a receipt in my hand all within 15 minutes. At a time when customer service and professionalism seem to have all but disappeared it was so nice to deal with two gentlemen who still know the meaning of both. I have used Elite Auto Glass in the past so when I need a window replacement I went to them again. They quoted me the price and we set the appointment. I was in and out in less than one hour with them replacing the side window on my wife’s car. Then just two days later the window came off track and would not go back up. I called right away after my called so we could get it fixed there was no answer. I called twice on Thursday and four times on Friday still no answer and no return call. I was really looking forward to working with Elite. Chad seemed nice and accommodating on the phone and offered a great price for the job. Unfortunately the work that was supposed to be done was never done. Chad never called back to confirm appointments until the hour it was supposed to be done, which ended with a reschedule for the next day. The day the window was supposed to be fixed ended with a no call no show. I do not recommend this business due to lack of communication and poor customer service. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hurt.

I had a chip repaired on my windshield by Elite Auto Glass and the experience was excellent. They were quick to respond, scheduled the appointment with no hassle, and the technician showed up right on time. The repair was done professionally and efficiently — you can barely even tell there was any damage. I really appreciated how transparent and friendly they were throughout the process. No pressure, no hidden fees, just honest, reliable service. Highly recommend Elite Auto Glass if you’re looking for quality work and great customer care.

Fantastic deal, where others add a "recalibration" fee of $400 to $450, Elite will recommend it being done Only if the car displays that the crash/ lane change sensors need to be calibrated. It can be done at your dealership for far less. What I was told by others would be $1000 job, turned into $428 with tax. I appreciate not being ripped off! The guys who came out to my work were on time, friendly, and quick. The glass looks great! They will get all my future business....though I hope not too often.

They were the best price I found in Madison but there were also a ton of other great points: the communication was always absolutely prompt and excellent, they were super polite. I made a mistake and gave them the wrong year for my car and despite of that they were still super nice and professional. The service was well done and quick. I had a GREAT experience with Elite Auto Glass. They replaced my windshield on the date I requested. They went above and beyond to fit me into a time slot, and even came to the daunting University of WI near the hospital to find my vehicle! I rarely write reviews, but these guys went so far out of their way for me. Unbelievable customer service - friendly, accommodating, and efficient. AND the price was over $100 less than the competition. Great job. My windshield looks awesome.
