Had a horrible experience getting my windshield replaced here. First I went there during business hours when they knew I was coming and the door was locked, I had to wait until someone came out to get in. Next, they told me the car would be done at 9:30am, 10 at the latest. I got there at 3:30 after leaving work early to drive all the way there and the door was locked and nobody was there (they are open until 5). I'm calling the phone number, looking around the sides of the building and nobody is around. Finally, the girl working at the desk pulls up in her car and when we went inside, she gave me the wrong keys. I told her thats not my car, I was the one getting the windshield replaced and she says it's not done, even though it was 6 hours after she said it would be done. I asked her why she didn't just call me and tell me it wasn't done and she literally just said "I dont know". I had to drive back there the same day when they finished it and when I got in my car, there was black stuff all over both front seats, the center console, and some in the back seat that looked like grease. My seat was also ripped on the side right where the black stuff was. They said the black stuff was glue for the windshield and offered no apologies for it being all over my car. They completely denied that the rip was from them despite being clearly right where the black stuff was. The owner was gone and said he "looked at the cameras" and could see that it wasn't from them. It turned out what he meant by that was that he didn't see them take any tools into the car so apparently they couldn't have possibly ripped it. In the pic, you can see that whatever they transferred the glue on to my car with, its cracked right where the black is. The rip on the right side also had the black right on it on the left side of the rip. This place is a disaster with horrible customer service that took ownership for nothing and never once even apologized. I gave them multiple chances to make it right and they continued to deny they did anything wrong.

We called and set an appointment on the 25th for 10am on the 28th. I drive an hour and a half and to get there because I was referred to them. Once I get there they said that we didn’t pay the deposit so they used my windshield. I told them the lady on the phone didn’t mention a deposit. She told me the time, date to come, and how much it was going to be. Then he says we missed our appointment so thats another reason why he already used our windshield. He starts looking through his books.. which is just notebook paper stapled together.. and finds our name then says “See look, 10am on 1/28” I looked at him and said “Todays the 28th” which he then proceeds to say “Oh” and we show him the phone records after. He goes and looks in the back for another windshield and takes awhile. He comes back and says he doesnt have anything and would need to order again and how he can call the other location in Illinois to see if they have it. Like yeah I want to drive to Illinois after already driving an hour and a half here because YOU guys messed up. If you claim I haven’t payed the deposit but have my name down for an appointment why not call and let me know? Or if you claim I missed my appointment why did no one call to tell me I missed it? Overall, the place seems very disorganized and instead of apologizing they just gave excuses. Extremely frustrated with how it was handled and now have to continue to drive around with a cracked windshield in the winter.

The people who referred us to this company were very good people. but may be they knew one another on a personal level because me and my husband, went there to pick up our car after they fixed the windshield which they did do a good job on . but we left there with no breaks or should I say a broken brake line which was blamed on the tow truck and told us they weren't responsible for the brake problem because they didn't move the car but the brakes worked fine just recently got them fixed and they had an animal in the car because they left pet food all in the front set and we don't have pets. They also told us the spare key that came with the car didn't work.. But when my husband got in it started right away.So maybe WE just had a bad experience there and other people had good ones but I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. Jan 2019 update. Lyons has completed 3 windscreens for me over the years now on various cars, and simply put there's nobody else to call. A+ service. Kenoshas finest here! *Original review* QUALITY, FAST, CHEAP. Usually you get 2 of these if you are lucky.. Lions delivered all the above and exceeded any of my expectations. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for auto glass replacement. Will call them again with any and all needs. They were able to meet my time request (<24 hours), the price was excellent (literally HALF the cost of the big name down the road), the glass installed is of great quality, the work was quick, and professional. The technician ran into some issues with my vehicle, and he went above and beyond to do it RIGHT. and didn't charge me any extra. That's what good business is. I will recommend Lions to ANYONE who asks.

I had a major crack on my front windshield that I had been putting off due to cost. I was quoted $300-450 by various other companies and was starting to come to terms with these prices. I decided to give Lions Glass a try and I was surprised to find that they could replace my windshield for a much lower price than any other location I had checked! They were quick and professional. I was grateful for them accommodating my work schedule to get this service done. As a single woman who just moved to the area after my car window was broken into I was worried about a high bill and a long wait. A box store glass repairer wouldn't schedule me until at least 8 days later. Lions Auto Glass let me schedule the repair for the next day. They fixed my window before noon! They were accommodating and let me leave my car there early before I started work. They had great pricing charging me $135 for the new glass on my older car. They went the extra mile by cleaning up the shattered glass in my car today! I would definitely go to them again! Although, I hope I dont have to. I'll be highly recommending them!

Lions saved me a TON of time and money! I had a sizeable crack in my windshield that would have been a $280+ repair and 2-day wait at Safel*te. A friend recommended Lions, and I stopped in for a quote while I was nearby later that day... I was helped IMMEDIATELY and for close to HALF the price of the aforementioned corporate location! In November 2020, Leo replaced my windshield. He did a very nice job. Spring 2021, took my vehicle to carwash, water & wax leaked in on drivers side. Made appointment for Leo to blow out the lines on sunroof. After Leo blew out the lines, I took vehicle to carwash. No leaks. Everything is great! His prices are very reasonable, he explains everything throughly to you. Great quality for an excellent price. This place is a diamond in the rough. They did an excellent job with my Toyota Scion replacing the front windshield. They used a top of the line adhesive as there was corrosion in the frame of the front window, it was not an easy task. Lions Auto Glass in Kenosha will give you the biggest bang for your buck, far exceeding any other replacement windshield place in town. Leo and his guys did a phenomenal job in getting and installing an auto side window replacement for my 2006 Saturn Vue. I called and the next day it was installed for $125. WOW!!! I originally went yo Safelite with disastrous results. Over the course of two weeks Safelite kept sending the wrong glass window. Finally I was told they didn’t have any glass replacement for my car.
