From start to finish these folks deliver! I called around a few places before calling Twin Cities Auto Glass, they were the only shop that asked for the VIN, not year make and model. Holden was exceptional. Good communication, on time and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a windshield in a 35 year old convertible that had lots of pieces that needed to be removed and reinstalled, most of them needed seals or sealer that are no longer available. He carefully removed them so they could be reused and added sealer where they probably should’ve when built. Thanks to everyone who makes this shop work like a Swiss time piece.

I got Holden for my windshield replacement on my expedition and let me tell you, his service is out of this world outstanding. I am definitely returning for all my glass needs. He went the extra mile and answered all my questions, he let me watch and learn about what he was doing. He even showed me previous flaws on my truck I had no idea about and I really appreciate it. Please if you are going to choose a company or have no idea who to go to, pick this one. Its family owned and they really care about who they service. You are NOT just some number and a paycheck. I had a stone chip in my Tesla Model 3 windshield. The staff at TCAG worked with my insurance to arrange the replacement at the Tesla service center in Maplewood. The billing was all handled through insurance seamlessly. Holden was the installer. He did a fantastic job and talked to us before and after about the installation. Everything was done professionally and at a high quality level.

They were able to come out to my home the next morning after a call to fix a broken car window. A technician from a different company had damaged our car trying to repair this window previously and Twin City Auto glass went above and beyond and repaired that damage as well!
