We used Bartlett Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. And I am kicking myself for not finding them first for the original chip repair, which we had done by another company in the area. The repair didn’t work from the other company-so right away we decided to call Bartlett. We are all about supporting smaller local businesses! The guys were quick to call back after I first reached out. They were able to quote over the phone. They had wanted some more info about our vehicle so, I was able to send them a text message with the information so they were able to order the correct product. Their quote matched another quote we were given (even with a discount from the other company) plus they offered Mobil service without me asking! At no additional cost! We had a new windshield within 48 hours! They came to our home, were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with them. They are from Greenville, WI and did the repair in central Appleton. Two days after picking up my new car, a stone from a dump truck struck my windshield. I made an appointment with another company who quoted me over $1100 to replace my windshield. My insurance agent referred me to Bartlett Auto Glass. Tony called me and left a message that he received the referral. I called back the next day, which was a Friday. Tony was able to get me an appointment for Saturday morning and was able to give me a quote that was less than my insurance deductible! I went to my appointment. I highly recommend Bartlett Auto Glass! The Bartlett brothers were able to replace the windshield on my Chevy Cruze the following day and offered better pricing than the other places I had contacted! I was also impressed w the quality of work, the customer service, and the quickness of the actual install. Since my original post, I have had Bartlett replace the rear windshield of my Chevy truck (BB Gun hooligans) AND repair a new chip in the windshield of my Chevy Cruz. Their customer service, quality, and quickness continues to impress! PSA: I didn’t realize that chips in a windshield can often be repaired! The first time I replaced my windshield, I waited until the chip spidered and then had to replace the entire windshield. Live and learn!

I had a stone thrown up at my window from a dump truck on a Monday morning, I reached out to the Bartlett’s seeing what the cost and time frame would be to get a new one put in. Very responsive and accommodating. Damaged the rear window on my truck on a weekend and was able to make arrangements for replacement right away. They responded to my voicemail message and email very promptly even though it was after hours. They came to my house and did a great job on my truck so was able to have them set up a replacement for a large truck in our work fleet. They did an on-site replacement on a Saturday while the truck was off the road which was extremely helpful too. Recommended by my company as they do all our works windshields and i must say i was very pleased with the work, They used a name brand windshield that came tinted (Unlike most windshields from other installers...aka safe light) and installed my windshield perfectly. Was emailing back and forth about getting my windshield replaced. He gave me a time and I said I would be there. I showed up and they said they didn’t have the glass because I didn’t tell them I was coming. I appreciate the kindness but I don’t need you to talk to me like I’m stupid.
