Car Guard Detail & Auto Glass

I cannot say enough good things about car guard I just recently had my front two side windows as well as windshield brow on my jeep renegade tinted I expected to get up the next day and find air bubbles and dirt trapped under the tint... I found nothing .I'm more than happy with the product I received . I not only would recommended this place to my family and friends but also to whoever is reading this review. Id like to add that Not only would I come back again , but as I currently write this review I'm waiting to have my wife's windshield brow on VW tinted as well . She took one look at mine and wanted hers done too . I called to have hers done and they fit me in right away that same morning. Now if that's not A1 customer service I'm not sure what is . So if your thinking about getting those windows done do yourself and your car a favor ...... call Car Guard . Id also like to add that i have vent windows on my renegade . They're non functional just a throw back for estetic appeal. Very hard to make look perfect with aftermarket tint.... It looks perfect, I personally can't tell it didn't come from the factory like thisServicesWindow tinting

I got the basic exterior detail and the brake dust removal service done on my 2017 VW Passat. After the service the paint looked great, but I wasn't 100% satisfied with the brake dust and tar removal from the wheels and there were still some bug remnants left in the grille of the car. This is where the guys at Car-Gard went above and beyond all expectations. They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the job that I paid for. They came out to my house the very next business day and took care of my remaining concerns. They wanted to make sure that I was absolutely satisfied with the work they did. This level of customer service is not something that you see every day. The guys at Car-Gard truly care about their customers and are proud of the work they do. On top of this, they have the integrity to recognize when a mistake was made on their part and will do anything they can to make it right. I have no doubt that anyone who brings their vehicle here for service will leave without being 100% satisfied with the work that was done. My windshield had a chip just beneath my wiper blade that doubled in size in one week. I knew extreme cold temperatures were in the forecast and I had better get this fixed before it started to spiderweb across my windshield! The customer service was extraordinary! I do not live in Green Bay. Normally they are on route and do not do the repairs in the shop in the late afternoon, but in my case, he made sure I was taken care of! He called me and gave me a time frame to swing by, and have it fixed! The repair specialist explained IN DETAIL how I needed to be cautious due to the location of the crack. He took his time repairing and did his very best to fix the issue. It’s almost obsolete! Just a tiny dot the sun catches at the right angle! I can’t express enough my appreciation for the rush repair when no one would make any room for me elsewhere! I live in a very small town an hour away from GB. There’s no windshield repair place so I had to go around my schedule of travels. I appreciate the customer service and quality so much and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you again!!

I had the unfortunate need to look around for somewhere to bring my vehicle for a full windshield replacement recently. Car Guard was right in line with the 3 best quotes in the area, some of the others being $150-$200 more. Car Guard was great to work with from start to finish. They were quick to get me on schedule, the wait for work to be completed was quicker than estimated when I went into shop, and they took their time after to give me instructions on aftercare the next few weeks. They were friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. I had the NEED to go here at first, but the customer experience has set the WANT to return here for any tinting or car detail needed in the future.

Staff is friendly and Todd seems like a great guy and boss to work for. Brought my 24 Ram in for a ceramic coating and detailing. The ceramic coating turned out nice and looks excellent on the body. The window ceramic coating doesn’t do what it should compared to what I’ve had on previous vehicles the water doesn’t bead any better and the leftover water spots are more visible. The interior detailing was half done with excessive product used in places while other spots were just completely missed. Highly recommend for the ceramic coating done on the body. Edit- reached out and they offered to redo some of the services, great group of people.

I cannot say enough positive things about Todd and his crew at Car Guard. The recent snow storm and cold snap cracked my entire windshield from a chip that was repaired prior to purchasing our van. I called around and pricing was mostly similar but Car Guard came in a little more reasonable. I checked reviews prior to scheduling. He was able to get our van, my truck ( another windshield replacement) , and my husband truck ( chip fix). Spoke with Todd and was impressed with his timeliness, his customer service and detailed explanations to any questions I had. I highly recommend Car Guard with any windshield replacements/fixes.

If you are looking for excellent work, professional communication, and a like new truck LOOK NO FURTHER, as this fine establishment fixed my truck right up. Long story short; took my new truck, Gretchen(since she is grey), out west on an elk hunt. Gretchen got pretty scratched up by the unkept mountain roads and awful dusty in the interior. I called Car Guard on my return and they fit me in the next week. My trucks exterior and interior look better than it did coming off the lot with 13 miles on it. No joke, they did an excellent job! I’ll undoubtedly be back and recommend to all of my friends!

I brought in my Subaru 2012 WRX Hatchback and all I gotta say is that I’ve taken my cars here many times and they make a amazing job with cleaning your vehicle. The car looks shiny but there’s some flaws such as very small spots where paint came off and some chips. I honestly don’t remember seeing those spots at all and the black stripes are damaged nothing major to me planing on taking them off but I though I would let others know about the black stripes. Other wise I’m still satisfied with the work and how clean my car is now. Looks really great to get other guys/girls to turn their heads.

I've gone here twice, now. Once to get my front windshield replaced and another time to get the interior and exterior of my car cleaned. Their service on my windshield was absolutely spectacular and fairly priced. But I'm MOST happy with the cleaning. My car has NEVER looked or felt so freaking clean.
