Safelite AutoGlass

I had called my insurance company and filed a claim for my windshield to be replaced and requested OEM glass. The insurance company approved my request and contacted Safelite to make the appointment. When Safelite made the appointment I contacted them to check on the OEM replacement status. They indicated that there was no OEM in the request for service I double checked with my insurance and they confirmed OEM had been approved. I got back in touch with Safelite and the service supervisor resubmitted and confirmed OEM was approved and would be installed. Technician showed up on time in the scheduled window and installed the OEM windshield in appx 45 min. If you request OEM glass double check when your appt is scheduled

Because of Safelite AutoGlass's mobile service and their Amazing Senior Technician Michael Riemer, My windshield is no longer smashed and my van is safe to drive again. They quoted me an hour to do the whole process but Michael surpassed getting it done WELL under the hour that was quoted, he had me back on the road with my van in no time. Safelite AutoGlass's senior technician Michael Riemer was super efficient and his work was absolutely exemplary, he executed everything with precision and speed. I can honestly say I am and I will be using safelite AutoGlass from here on out for all my repair needs. THANK YOU AGAIN SAFELITE, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO MICHAEL FOR YOUR AWESOME JOB!

Worst service ever! Don’t recommend. This company had my appointment for weeks. When they came to my house, they had the wrong windshield. Mind you they have the VIN number and model of car and make. The technician had to put the old windshield and it was all cracked this time. Today, is the day they are supposed to fix it but guess what? Is raining? So another lost day. I want my windshield replaced. How difficult is that?! Oh and insurance already paid them and I paid the deductible. Great!!!!! Have to drive my car with a cracked windshield worse than how it was. I even have pictures to prove it. The circle was how it was before and the after is all the cracks from yesterday.

We had Jacob replace our windshield this past January of 25. Not sure where he is out of as we are rural and he came to us. I can tell you that he is very professional and did quality work. He took the time to answer questions and still completed his work in a timely fashion. Small talk is a plus to get to know people and Jacob is friendly in that aspect. Jacob, if you ever see this, I hope you make it to Alaska to fish. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Safelite, don't lose this worker. He knows his job. Thank you Safelite and Jacob. Art.

Michael came out for what should have been a simple job taking windshield out of an older truck but it turned out to be completely more difficult than what it should have been. It took him every trick in the book that he knew to get that stubborn windshield out of there and it took quite a bit of time. It was a long tough job I believe about 4 hours worth for the one windshield and Michael stayed at it got it done and everything is great. I attempted to call to speak with someone 3 times and everytime it wants to have me text or email. I don't know of any business that doesn't take phone calls. I went elsewhere to have repair done. I've had work done before but the sheer fact I can't talk to a person was extremely irritating. Not everyone texts or uses email for communication. Bring back the ability to speak to a person via a phone call.... I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels that way....

Excellent service from appointment to actual service. Michael was professional, courteous, and conscientious. He kept me updated on arrival time and was punctual. He expertly applied my windshield and wiper blades. It looks awesome! I am very impressed with the wonderful service and concise aftercare instructions. The appointment schedule was done online, it was fast and easy and I knew exactly how much I was going to pay for the service. They were thorough with their process and everything was done smoothly and professionally. Their customer service were great! The guy who greet me offer me coffee and the choice of watching TV since I was waiting for my windshield to be done. Very nice gentleman. I would recommend safelite to my friends and family.

This was a very professional and efficient experience. From making the appointment to the tech showing up at my place of work. Updated when he would arrive. He was dressed professional and acted as such also. In a busy work week this was just so easy to do I would highly reccomend. Working with safelite was a breeze. They handled everything bmade sure i was well informed about what I needed to do and what I needed to wait on after.
