My first experience was when we hired this business to replace some glass for a windshield. Everything went great and price was fair! Techs were nice. However, when it rained the glass leaks water into the cab- not great. My second experience was them doing rear glass on my personal truck. The process was suppose to take 1 hour but took 6.5 hours total. I was sitting around for a while and kept getting told it would just be a little longer. When I got my truck back the tan interior had finger print marks all over the headliner and the technician had also used MY tools that were in my truck. They had also gotten blood all over them. When I told the owner about this she apologized which is nice but it is still unacceptable. The tech also left a socket in my headliner which I heard rolling around. She gave me her card and included some chip fill ins for the future. Fast forward to today and I needed glass replaced again. She gave me a quote which I was okay with and then I asked how long it would take today. She said it would take an hour to which I replied “Are you sure?” Due to my experience last time. She said she would put me on hold and get back to me. Then the call dropped, I called back and the owner suggested I was mad at the world and that I should go somewhere else. My bet is it would’ve definitely taken longer than an hour and it would’ve been the same as last time. If you have all day to wait and don’t hold people to timelines this may be a good place for you but unfortunately that’s not the case for me. Make sure that nothing is touched in your vehicle and the inside is clean before leaving. Also, their address is wrong so good luck finding it!

What started as a small chip in my windshield ended up spidering. I was so upset because I had a custom jeep windshield and figured it was not going to be easy to find a custom one and it would be really expensive. When I spoke with Connie she reassured that they could make it happen. She got me in, working around my schedule. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly face. Connie was warm and welcoming. Matthew got my car back immediately and had my windshield replaced in a very timely manner. They were wonderful, professional people to work with. I was so happy with the work. I highly recommend them!

The office is Very clean everyone was very polite in also they have reasonable prices, they were very quick in professional top tier glass company Connie the manager was very sweet in friendly and she care for each in everyone that steps inside of the doors, she treated me like I was family. the employees where awesome and very helpful highly recommend to any and everyone in need of glass repairs I’ll definitely look no further Connie is the queen to call thanks so much someday auto glass you guys turn a bad day into a awesome one I’ll forever be grateful & thankful for you guys🙏🏼❤️

Scheduled a cracked windshield replacement for my BMW on the State Farm website. Based on my zip code, 3 came up and I selected Sameday Autoglass, at their new location at 3725 N. 126th St. Brookfield, WI. I scheduled it for November 26th. On November 22nd , I got a call from Connie informing me the windshield and all parts were now in stock and if I wanted to have it installed that day. I drove over and in a little over an hour the job was done! Very professional operation and comfortable waiting area. Highly recommended!

When I got a chip in my windshield, it was not easy to know which auto glass place would have good prices and do a good job. After making a few calls, I ended up going for SameDay AutoGlass because there were able to take me in today (actually, I could come in right away) and they had competitive prices along with a promo. I was not disappointed, they were fast and efficient, and I can barely see where the chip was. In addition, they were very pleasant. I will try to update this review to give a feedback about durability.

Had a rock fly up at my windshield on the highway and make a nice big crack. I immediately thought I had to go big-name to replace the windshield, but big name sometimes comes at a big price. After searching around, I came across Same Day Auto Glass at their Brookfield office. They were able to replace my windshield at a great rate, same-day. They are a smaller outfit but completely professional and friendly to boot. Next time you have a car window to replace, consider calling SameDay. You won't regret it.

Connie is the bomb! She was so nice and gave me the lowest price in town. Matthew the technician was courteous and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I’m so impressed my son will be replacing his windshield with Sameday Autoglass at 3pm today from my recommendation. This company is fantastic. Sameday means same day. They had all my parts in stock and offered me free hot coffee freshly brewed.

Connie and her team were quick and courteous. Jack installed the glass quick and expeditiously. When they say same-day they mean same-day. If you are familiar with the old glass pro that went out of business on bluemound Jack is the same installer and he knows what he's doing. If you are looking for reasonable priced auto window repair this is the place to go.NO CAP!!!!!

I reached out to Same Day Auto Glass and spoke with Connie about my broken window. She got me in right away and I was out in about an hour and was still much more affordable than anyone else!Matthew did a great job replacing the window and was super attentive and went the extra mile when he wasn’t asked to. Highly recommend this place if you need your windows replaced!!

Filed a claim with State Farm to replace a cracked windshield on our trip from Houston to Milwaukee. Connie did everything for us to initiate the claim, get us in quick and resolve the payment. The tech came out and asked us if we wanted to save our stickers on the new windshield (we did) and we were out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this facility.
