Had the windshield on my Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced on 4/12/21. The service tech called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment and showed up right on time. Very nice person......we chatted the entire time he was here as if we'd known each other for years. VERY professional. All the work was done in no time. He explained all the steps he took for removal and installation and was tedious about keeping everything clean. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass discounters to anyone that needs any type of Automobile Glass repairs or replacemen.I was able to make an appointment for the windshield of my Automobile to be replaced the next day. The gentleman that came to replace the windshield was very professional and arrived at my home at the exact time that they told me. Unprofessional. Did not come on time, rescheduled for another day because of the snow on roads then next day we waited all day for them to show up, after reaching out again was told they were coming from Pittsburgh then showed up 20 minutes later. . The tech was very professional and friendly, he vacuumed most of the glass, he did his job in a timely manner, and he did a fantastic job on my car. Terrible experience. They arrived hours after the appointment time and when he finished the job, all of the glass was still in the car that I had to clean up.
