My windshield in pickup was replaced. However, once I left, I noticed the glass had 3 or more slight imperfections that you could only see in the sun. I called them, explained what I saw, let them know it was also missing the tint brow. I was told that no it didn't have a brow but they would add one. I drove back, the owner's son verified that he saw them as well. I was told it was no problem and would be replaced. When I went to get the new one, the owner wanted to look at the glass. When he saw the imperfections he had a smirk on his face and actually chuckled, I'm assuming he was thinking that he can't believe I would complain about such tiny imperfections. But he took keys and truck was taken into one of the bays. I went to one of the gentleman behind the counter and showed him photos and videos where you could see i indeed had a tint brow. Long story short... This was my second vehicle I've brought to them and the second time the truck was there. The first time the truck was there I had them remove the bracket from the windshield that the rearview mirror slides into and replace with a new rearview assembly all together. Other than the owner's attitude over this piece of glass I have been satisfied with them

I was very disappointed in the services received here. I called on a tuesday and asked for a price of a wind shield replacement and was told $211 for wind shield, installation and taxes. When my car was finished on its appointment on friday i was charged $230. When i asked why the price had went up i was told they would never give a price like that, essentially calling me a liar. Then while driving down the road later that day i went to use my wind shield wippers and they slammed into each other and flew off my wind shield, and bending the passanger side one in the process. Saturday i tried to call them prior to them closing at noon. No one would answer the phone meaning i had to wait til monday with broken wind shield wippers. On monday i went in explaining what had happened neither man at the front desk made eye contact with me, one just made a nasty face and walked in back to grab a mechanic who came out and got my car. They did adjust them but didnt offer to replace them. Im just very disappointed with this establishment and their management.

I went to them to have my windshield and surrounding moldings replaced. Due to miscommunication (my fault not theirs), the side moldings didn’t get done. Rick offered to install them free of charge once I got the parts. When my appointment time arrived, they installed the parts and ensured I was fully satisfied before letting me leave with no charge to me at all! They had great customer service and satisfaction!! Every time I work with them, it is EXCELLENT service. They're not just auto glass. They have THE BEST window cleaner that they sell. Highly recommend grabbing that! I just had 4 sheets of custom sized plexiglass cut for shelves and they did it the same day. Great local business!!

Super nice people, but I had a leak test done on my sunroof and was told it is in fact leaking, like gushing out. So I paid the 65 dollars for me to be there less than 10 minutes then I bring it to another shop because they don’t do sunroofs here. 300 dollars later I don’t have a leak coming out of my sunroof and they were never able to find it.

Guys were great. Got my car in and out quickly. I had a busted out window from my ex. I had to go back four weeks later for the same window. It stopped working. I couldn’t afford to pay the money to fix it and it was down raining, so they rigged it up For me for free

I broke side view mirror on my truck and Rick Thomas, the manager, explained to me if I could go back and find the plate the glass went on it would save me quite a bit of money. He and his staff were very courteous each time I went it. Great company to deal with.

Super fast and super friendly, they had my windshield in the next day after I called. When I dropped the car off and went to get lunch it was done before I got back. They also have better quality glass than the competition and it's was $80 cheaper.

These individuals went above and beyond to find a replacement for my back glass for an older vehicle and wrapped it for free. I had more personal communication with them than the provider from my insurance. I will always recommend this place.
