I recently brought my car here for a windshield replacement, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal ending with more damages to my vehicle As soon as I walked into the shop, one of the workers pointed out this 'hole' and mentioned he’d brought it up to the boss immediately so 'nobody was placing blame.' They tried telling me it was a 22 bullet hole… when you can clearly see the dents of the claps and the scratches around where the end of the clap was placed ….However, when I asked the owner to step outside to look at it with me, he claimed he hadn’t heard anything about it from his team. Later, I went to him privately to discuss making it right, as it was clear to me the damage happened there. Disappointingly, he refused to take responsibility. I left feeling really let down by the lack of honesty and accountability. I expected better values and morals, and I would caution others to double-check their vehicle before leaving if you decide to get work done here. Everyone makes mistakes, but real business owners make it right when mistakes do happen

We are in town from Indiana for a wedding called yesterday when window got broken no where in the state of Indiana could get to us until later next week. Called West Virginia Auto glass and got us in the next day. The staff and owner was very friendly helpful and respectful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

These guys did a great job replacing windows in my scion at a great price and in a short amount of time. These guys are very kind people. This is a before picture of my car that I considered totaled. After visiting them my windows look good as new. Will post after picture soon.

I was on my way to Disney whem a freak accident happened a metal pole came from a truck and went through my windshield. This company even tho they were closed came out to put a new windshield in and get me on the road to vacation!! Highly recommend very nice people

Extremely knowledgeable about anything to do with glass and windows. Did the job very fast and at least expensive cost. Half as much as those numbskull scammers at Safelite.

Had to replaced my whole windshield, called and he got me in the next day to fix it. Price was beyond reasonable and even filled my gas tank up. Highly reccomend!

They put a new windshield in my 2020 Explorer ST. A month later we noticed a flaw in it. They replaced it free of charge no questions ask. Top notch.
