I had my window replaced, after it was completed my alerts would not calibrate. The tech came back a week later to change the window because he thought it was the window that was put in. He in fact did not change the window, he just tried to calibrate it again. He told me to take it to a dealer and that Glass America would pay for it. He told me to call Amanda at Glass America for questions. I left multiple messages with no return call. By the way, trying to get ahold of your business is horrible. My husband ended up calling the insurance company to let them know what was going on. The tech, Brad was nice. I would not recommend your company. Next time I need glass service I will stay local.

Excellent company. The woman that answered the phone was extremely professional and she has a great sense of humor. I asked for much more than normal for the average customer and she was more than accommodating. She put me in touch with the shop manager and he was more than generous with his time. I arrived about an hour later and he personally helped me with my problem. I was more than surprised at his attention to detail and the suggestions he made to me. A first class organization. I highly recommend them for your glass needs. We need more companies like this. Thanks again for everything you did for me.

What a funny email they send me to do a review. They really don't seem to have it together. I made an appointment , called the day of. Someone in whatever state(not at shop) said they would call, giving me between a large time frame window on when they will call me. Guess they wanted me to sit around and wait all day on them....smh. Called Safelite, got in within the hour, which should have been my 9am appointment with Glass America. Paid more, but got the service I needed. Definitely not letting them work on my vehicle when they don't even seem to know that I was never there! 😆

I had gotten a crack in my window and I called several places and Glass America was the cheapest! Plus they came to me for free, and the person who did my window he was very fast, and did a really good job. No leaks, no air noise nothing. My new glass also came with a warranty. They also take debit which I really liked I didn’t have to worry about going and pulling any cash from the ATM, and they will text you with updates and give you the number of the tech who will be coming out and when. I love communication and not having to sit around and wait all day.

Service was AMAZING! The drivers side window went down and then wouldn't come back up. I called at 9am on Monday to ask if they would see me. Yes was the immediate answer. At the shop at 11am, van was assessed, part was ordered, motor for the window replaced and keys were back in my hand at 430pm the same day. All for an extremely reasonable price. Every employee I spoke with starting with my first phone call was kind, patient and had a smile. I will definitely use their services again for my vehicles. Thank you!

My experience was awful. First you tell me you can get my car towed to you. Then you text me that you can't. I then get my own tow. You then tell me to get my car at 12pm on Saturday and I get a ride there and your closed. No everything on your door says otherwise. It said on your door you are open from 8a to 2p. So I came from far away to pick up my car. I missed 16 hrs of work and have to try to get to your shop Monday at 8a so I can to work.

Half the price of what Safelite wanted to charge and that was with Safelite giving a discount. The employees were very courteous and had the new windshield in 1/2 hour, probably less. The only issue I had was the call center told me they could make my appointment at the end of the day. My appointment ended up being in the morning and I was told they couldn’t adjust. I made it work though and everything else was great! Thanks!

I had a great experience with this glass company. The team was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They provided quality work, whether it was installation, repair, or replacement, and the finished product looks perfect. Pricing was fair and the customer service was excellent—I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of glass services.

Recommended by my insurance company...Glass America in Spotsy replaced my windshield within a week of initiating the process. I was kept informed by the local office through the entire process and they even stored my car for me to pick up after my vacation. They billed my insurance company directly saving me time and effort getting the windshield replaced..and I couldn't be happier with the outcome..
