My experience with this company was horrible. The following pictures show multiple issues. Number 1, weather strip used on each side of the windshield was no where close to factory, they are not flush with the windshield and awkward in appearance. Number 2, the plastic cowl covering between the windshield and hood had obvious damage and were misaligned and not in their factory locations. Number 3, closer examination revealed missing and broken clips under the hood causing the plastic cowl cover to move and flap in the breeze while driving. Number 4, little care was given to keep the interior clean from the installation process. Multiple pieces of the original windshield sealant were found inside the vehicle along with multiple handprints on the seats, dashboard and door panels. Several pieces of said original sealant were sat on and ground into the upholstery of the driver's seat by the tech who returned the vehicle to me from the shop. Again, all these issues are documented in the accompanying photos. Number 5, on the date of the installation most of these issues were expressed to the clerk/employee on duty but it was obvious he was not going to help with these problems. I was told the store manager would be calling me upon her arrival later in the day. I have been a mechanic for 30 plus years and this was the worst workmanship I have ever seen. They rushed the job leaving screws out of key components like the forward camera system. They broke clips and tried to glue them back together. They removed the factory wiper arm covers and nuts and either lost or tossed them away. The nuts they used to reattach the wiper arm were incorrect and would not tighten wiper arms up. So the camera system was loose and the wipers no longer worked. I called and submitted for warranty never heard back. Called 2 more times still never heard back. So not only piss poor workmanship but piss poor customer service. I had to order new nuts and covers and fix wipers myself. I also put the one screw I found in the camera mount. It was supposed to have four they had one in it. Maybe your experience will be different but use at your own risk. I would have given no stars but one is the minimum.

I was the first appointment of the day at 8:00 a.m. they opened up 12 minutes late but made up for the late opening by working quickly. I was impressed by the quickness of the repair until I got in my car to drive off. While they were sufficient in getting the window replaced they failed to make safety a priority. Looking in my floorboard and on my mat I saw large pieces of glass and felt disappointed. When I got home to clean up the that they had left I noticed that it was also on the paneling inside the door and also the hand of the car. When I called to report it the manager told me that if I wanted to drive back that they would be happy to clean it up. Due to the high cost of gas in the distance for me to travel it was not worth it. But offered no other solutions for me. I would not recommend them.

I had my cars windshield replaced and had not had a single issue out of my 60,000 mile vehicle, and after leaving their shop with my new windshield I did not make it a mile down the road before my car had EVERY warning light come on, I could not shift gears and was forced to have it towed. After informing the woman at the front desk of this she did not even offer to refund me at least half of the money I paid to have the windshield replaced, Wich I felt was the least they could do seeing as I didn't have a problem before I brought my car in and after leaving it was not driveable! I most certainly will not be returning.

Enough though the windshield was late arriving, they did install it quickly. The problem is I have glass dust and shards everywhere that were not cleaned. When turning on the defrost the next morning more large amounts of shards came out. I was scared to request the truck to be cleaned after seeing the shards when I entered the truck at the shop, out of fear they would just scratch any area that had shards. This is my experience and just wanted to pass this information along so anyone using them can know what could happen.

In the middle of moving from KY to DC, my car passenger side window was shattered due to vandalism. Insurance automatically goes to Safelite but they (KY) couldn’t get help me before I had to leave (I called Saturday, earliest they could assist was Thursday). Reached out to AGN and they were able to assist in WV in less than 48 hours (I called Saturday and they could have seen me Monday, but I was set to leave Tuesday). Window fixed in about 20 minutes on Tuesday! They were so great!

I arrived at about 15 til 10 ( my appointment was at 10 ) and was met with very friendly face who got my information and went right to work on my replacement. The installer took about 35 minutes to replace my windshield. He explained to me not to remove the tape for 24 hrs and don't go thru a car wash for about a week. Then when I went in to pay for it the Friendly Lady reminded me of the tape and no car wash for a week. I appreciated them very much. ~A 5 star rating~

Needed my windshield replaced and the new one calibrated. The price from Auto Glass Now significantly less than the big name other company. And, I talked to a person in the store rather than an obscure call center. They offer mobile service but mine had to be done in shop. They got me in quickly, completed the job quickly. Even put my oil change reminder sticker on the new windshield. The result is perfect. Thank you Auto Glass Now!

They got me in the day after I called (could have done the same day but I was at work and didn't want to pay extra for them to come to me). They even fixed an additional chip in my windshield that I wasn't even aware was there. The cost was affordable and it was super quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I'm not a super fan of being able to see where it has been fixed which may or may not be their fault.

They suggested I allow 3 hours for replacment, but finished in 1:15. I was pleased with the faster service, but then was impressed by a mistake and a couple of additional details. They left a really nice reusable car seat cover in the car, which I took back to them, but was happy they used it to protect my car seats. The best thing? They replaced all my stuff on the front window except the inspection sticker.
