Safelite AutoGlass

POOR Customer service at the Buckhannon WV location. Scheduled repair on-line several days in advance, received confirmation and showed up for appointment. Shop was closed. No technician showed up. Could not reach anyone locally. Called Safelite customer service. They could not resolve. Waited 1.5 hours before leaving shop and cancelling appointment. Found another glass company to do replacement. I did receive a call from a local Safelite manager several days later with an apology.

Had a tech named Bryan come out and replace the windshield in my 2008 Ford escape after a rock from a log truck broke it. He was both professional and courteous,and worked with me on the location of my vehicle. Replacement was fast and looks great. I give this guy at least 4 1/2 if not not 5 stars. Would recommend him to any one.
