They were not very courteous when I called to get a quote. I was barked at immediately when they answered the phone and then when I asked to get a quote the guy laughed like it would be as impossible as climbing Everest. He said he "can try to get a quote." If you can't give a customer a quote how do you expect to do any business if people can't make an educated decision on whether they want to do business with you or not? Safe to say, I passed on these guys and kept calling around.

Oden was able to get our Subaru in quickly to replace the windshield. He originally said he needed the car for an hour and a half.
