Vision Auto Glass

They were great! I’ve never had my glass broken before and someone had tried to steal my car from the side window. I groggily called on Sunday morning and Ruben groggily answered, said they weren’t actually open Sundays, oops! He very kindly scheduled me for Monday morning and said he’d call first. Monday at about 12 I called him concerned and found out my phone calls refused to go through! Restarted my phone, was able to call and apologized, Ruben said would be over in 10 mins with the window he picked up earlier for me. He came over with I think an apprentice, diligently helped him out when needed, and about 30 mins or so they were done! They even vacuumed my floor and seat of leftover glass I hadn’t been able to clean up yet, without me asking. They were both very nice. Was about $200 cheaper than Safelite quoted me. I don’t think Vision has a location you can go to, I’m pretty sure they are only mobile, but that was super convenient. Ruben is very friendly. Would go to them again, but hopefully I won’t have to!

I never recommend contacting this company. Because I had to. go through big troubles. September 4, 2023. He came to change my. windshield. After which we moved to another state. After which a very unpleasant smell began to appear in the car. I ordered cleaning inside for 250 dollars, after which a month later the smell appeared again and again I thought that my children had spilled something in the car. And again I ordered cleaning. for 240 dollars a month later the smell appeared again after which I saw water on the front mat and began to look for the cause.The cause was found. What did he install incorrectly? The part that sits below the glass so water was getting through the air. filter into the car and made. mold inside the car under the carpet because of this there was a terrible smell. Call the company. They refused to compensate for anything. Stay away from them.

I highly recommend Ruben for any glass installation needs! We were in a tough spot on a Saturday afternoon after realized we did not have the right tools and supplies to install windows on our new Ford Transit. We called Rueben at 4:30, and he was there quickly to save the day - with the right products and tools to adhere our aftermarket windows. He expertly installed our rear cargo door windows and the passenger sliding door window with precision and care. His 30 years of experience really showed in the quality of the work, and he got it done fast—even on a Saturday. Fantastic service all around.

I had Vision Auto Glass replace my 1999 Suburban and was really impressed with the service. The technician worked with my schedule, and made it very convenient to get the service done while working. Everything was cleaned up and my windshield was good as new after installation. I will definitely call Vision Auto Glass again and let my friends and family know what a professional service this company provides.

So I've had a never ending problem with a leak in my truck gotta hold of Ruben came the next day found the problem the first time very professional very understanding listens to what you have to say and did a great job I recommend him to anybody that has a leak in there vehicle that wants there job done right and needs it done right away and best of all a damn good price thanks ruben

My car was broken into and my drivers side window was smashed. I called Ruben first thing the next morning and he was there that same day to replace it in my driveway! He's super nice, easy to talk to, and had a very fair price (actually less than a few other quotes I had from more corporate/larger outfits). Definitely give him a call if you need your vehicle windows fixed/replaced!

Hands down best service, price and people to get your glass fixed by. I needed my windshield replaced, and they made it happen the next day. I called some of the national windshield repair companies and did not have a very good experience, then I called Vision Glass to come to my home to replace 2 windshields, the owner Ruben came out 2 days later and replaced my windshields and I was impressed with how much he cares about doing a good job and making sure everything was done right.

I had a service man come out to my house an fix my windshield. I am very satisfied with my service. Not only was it a very reasonable/affordable price, He arrived on time, got it done quick and he was very polite. I would highly recommend this service if you need any auto glass repaired.
