Steve did such an amazing job. My rear window got broken out while I was parking in downtown Portland and I had to have my window fixed quickly due to the rain. They came out the same day I called. I was worried there would be glass inside my hatch forever... I’ve heard horror stories. He did such a great job at getting everything out. I haven’t heard or seen a piece of glass in my car since it’s been fixed. So thankful!

UPDATE: We have now had to get our windshield replaced due to rock chips and some cracking. I remembered how helpful Steve was a few years ago so we had him come out to do the replacement windshield. He did a great job and was professional just like before. Thank you once again! FROM BEFORE: Steve was extremely helpful in solving the problem of my car having 2 - 3 gallons of water needing to be extracted from the interior floor of my vehicle. He came out on a Sunday morning and tested the windshield for any leaks which it didn't have any so that was good to know. Then he checked out the sunroof and there was pooling of water where it should drain off. He used our Rainbow vacuum to suck out the water and then used his compressor to blow out the tracks which cleaned out the debris. Now the water runs out the weep holes as it should. While we ended up not needing a windshield after all, it was very kind of Steve to help us with this very frustrating problem. He was professional, had all the right tools with him to do the job, and had a pleasant disposition. He went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated! Thank you!!PositiveProfessionalism

A large tree branch fell on my car, breaking my windshield. I called 5 different companies/shops in my area to find the best price on a windshield replacement. The back tailgate window of my Pilot shattered for no apparent reason on a Saturday morning and I went with Rapid Auto Glass because they quoted me with one of the best prices, had the back window in stock, and was able to come to my house to replace it within hours of calling them. These guys came out to my house in Washougal and had the windshield on my Subaru Outback installed in no time. Got an estimate from a different company and they wanted to add $575 more for Eyesight calibration - completely unnecessary if equivalent OEM glass is installed. I got the Pilkington brand installed and it looks identical and Eyesight works perfectly. They did a very good job and I will use them again in the future. My car was broken into the day before I was supposed to leave on a trip. Insurance wasn't going to cover anything (of course), so I hopped on the internet to see who I could find. I see why this guy has such great reviews! He actually came out to MY place in less than two hours and got my window replaced in an hour. Talk about rapid! Had my windshield replaced about a year ago. Confirmed a time and they tried to cancel last minute. They did come out and replace it, but left a mess in the truck with the black goo for the windshield. I have yet to be able and find something to clean this stuff.
