Mike's Auto Glass

My side passenger window was broken last week when a bolt came through it while driving home. I came across Mike's website and called him first thing the next morning. He was super friendly, polite, and he had great availability. I was also hoping to get the window tinted at the same time, to match the others. He told me that was not a problem, and he was able to get us on the schedule for replacement and tint that day. Unfortunately we were heading out of town that morning, but Mike was super professional, really flexible and willing to work with our schedule. I set up my appointment for the following weekend and the window was done same-day. He promptly answered any questions I had and his prices were very, very reasonable. I wish I could give more stars. He went above and beyond. I have an older vehicle with hard to find glass. Even one of the most well known companies could not find. Mike found one for us at a great price. I picked it up and he installed it the next day. He is very professional and kind. Even letting me know what to use to get the duct tape sticky crud left after it had been on for almost a year. As for cost, with the window and installation we paid less than half of what we were quoted by the other company that ended up cancelling our appointment a day before saying they couldn't find it. I needed my windshield replaced, and Mike came right to my house to do it—no need for me to travel elsewhere, which was quite helpful. The job was of the highest quality—everything was flawlessly placed, and my car looked brand new. Not only was the service quick and competent, but it was also quite affordable. Perfect. Not only was it the best price in town (a bit less than most, less than half of some), but the work was done flawlessly, without hassle, and ahead of schedule too. On top of that, Mike was great to deal with, prompt straightforward communication and accommodation of circumstances. I called about 10 glass shops for this windshield. Next time I'll be calling just one. UPDATE: Called him again for another job, this time for a very obscure vehicle whose windshield had to come from Timbuktu and took a while to arrive. The front window on our travel trailer broke out. Mike received the window on Saturday and when called on Monday to set-up an appointment, he said he could come out the following day. A little while later he called me back and said he could come out in a couple hours. Mike came out that evening and replaced the front windshield within approximately one hour. Mike replaced the rear window on my 2018 Tundra. He communicated with me regularly from ordering through install. Once he arrived for install, from start to finish was about an hour and at completion of the job, everything looked just like it did the day I drove it off the lot. I called in with a cracked windshield for our Tesla Model Y. Within a few days Mike came to our house and replaced it. I was unable to be home so I left him payment and came home to it perfectly repaired. I was impressed with his price and speed in getting it done. We had to pay out of pocket since it was our 3rd cracked glass. He saved us almost $900 from a different auto glass shop. I would definitely recommend this business!

Highly recommend Mike's auto glass. My car got broken into so I contacted Mike based on his reviews and he did not disappoint! He offered to come the same day to replace my window but I was unavailable to do so, so he came out the next evening. Mike was super friendly and told me he would be done in less than an hour. He was done in about 40 minutes! I have a brand new working window now haha. Great work. Awesome service
