Freedom auto glass did a wonderful job replacing the windshield in my car after a large rock hit it on I-5. I usually use one of the big name brand companies but (not sure if I can say there name lol). I have been trying to support local business so I have freedom auto glass a shot. John (I think he is the owner) answered my phone call and was asked me a couple questions about my vehicle so he could give me an estimate. His price was competitive and he was able to get the windshield replaced for me 2 days later. Throughout the whole process John kept me updated and arrived on time for the replacement (that is important to me!). Service: Mobile Auto glass repair. Literally Johnny On The Spot. In between Safelite’s technician “Roman” coming out with WRONG windshield, arguing with me about it, and John eagerly accepting the job, my wife’s Tacoma experienced a broken glass on the passenger window. John was able to do both jobs the same day and within 24 hours of request. He was professional, knowledgeable, and careful to not speak poorly of the other company when we both know he could have. John had been extremely helpful throughout the process and was able to get things done in a professional and timely manner. Unfortunately, the weather seal along the door had been damaged during repair. UPDATE: John had given me a call offering to replace the weather seal along the door. After looking into it, the damage to the weather seal had not been caused by John during the repair. Hands down, great guy and business, friendly, respectful, and understanding. Needed a glass repair immediately, they fit me in their time no problem, the same day, even cleaned all the glass looking like it never happened! I usually skip reviews, but they definitely deserve 5 star all around. Other companies failed us, one company broke the glass on the way to us, others forgot the glass. How is that possible lol, but these guys are definitely going to be recommended to others!

I recently had my front passenger window smashed out. I called Freedom Auto Glass and John the owner quoted me a great price for same day service. He came to my residence since he's mobile, and vacuumed the broken glass out and installed the new window quick and easy! He said the job would take about an hour, and was done in 40 minutes. He's very professional and kind. I would recommend his service any day to anyone who has their window smashed out! 5 star rating for sure!

Called at 8:44am Monday morning, he quoted me a good price, and when I asked him when he said he could come out he said "noon today" work for ya, I had to pause for a second in disbelief and then said "your hired" he showed up exactly when he said he was gonna, did a great job and even put in another pain in the ass window in a bobcat for me!, I am extremely happy with his work and professionalism and have already referred him to 5 of my friends!👍👍 THANKS AGAIN!

John was communicative and even had availability the same day he reached out. He showed up a little later than he expected but he called to let me know there was traffic.
