Toto Auto Glass

I called the shop on a Saturday and they told me they wouldn't be able to obtain the glass for my vehicle until Monday. However, they offered to keep my car in their shop (for no cost) until they could fix it. I ended up leaving my car at a different garage but the offer was a good option. I was communicating with a gentleman named Rolando (tambien habla español) and he walked me through the simple process of how they can go to my car's location, even though it was at a parking garage, he would try to fix it in the garage if possible. I ended up just having to park my car right outside the parking garage and left Rolando with my car for about an hour and fifteen minutes. No hassle, simple, windows look like new and work perfectly fine now. Rolando was communicative, helpful, and professional. This man even WORKED IN THE RAIN Rolando also cleaned up and vacuumed all the glass that had shattered into the inside of my car. Just a heads up, the address on here (north Magnolia) is where they dispatch from, if you want to leave your car in their shop, or just go directly to their shop for a fix, that is in Everett. Excellent and fast service. They had a logical and efficient procedure and were able to get to me in an hour. They were great communicators via text to convey and receive information and were personable when they arrived. From there they worked on their own for just under an hour replacing the driver’s window. They took care of the glass in the vehicle and even swept up glass in the carport after installation! I asked if they normally received tips and they said yes. I wasn’t sure how much to tip so I hope I gave them enough. If not hopefully writing them reviews will help! While I didn’t compare costs with other companies, $325 sounded reasonable, especially for such a quick timeline. I’m really grateful for that excellent and efficient service and highly recommend this company for your auto glass needs!

I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I had an urgent need for multiple glass replacements after a car prowl incident Saturday night. I reached out to Toto Auto Glass that night and by 9am the following morning (Sunday!), the car was in their shop getting the front driver window replaced. The tinting job was also matched perfectly. The front windshield also needed replacement and that was completed via a mobile service at my house which was just completed today (Monday). I'm so grateful for the responsiveness, communication, transparency and quick service. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any auto glass repaired. Thank you so much!!!

Service was super fast! My car was broken into and the driver’s side window was completely smashed. I called early in the morning and they had an estimate for me right away and said they could be at my car within an hour! Really appreciate that they come to you. Once they got there, honestly took them about 30 minutes to do everything! They also did a great job of cleaning up all the shattered glass in my car. Also the prices are reasonable! Having your car broken into is such an awful experience, but I’m glad these guys could get it fixed asap to help ease some of the stress and anxiety.

Fast, professional glass replacement service. I had a drivers side window broken overnight. Called Toto in the morning, had a brief conversation about the make/model and they were able to make it on site within a few hours. Their technician arrived with the correct part, cleaned all of the broken glass, and had the replacement installed within 30 minutes. Pricing was fair based on external research. I hope not to have to use them again (on account of the circumstances that their services were needed!) but will absolutely recommend them to anyone else needing a car window replacement.

We have over 30 fleet vehicles and will only use Toto for any glass replacement. Excellent quality and very professional team. Definitely recommend them if you have fleet needs or personal glass service. 10/10 Update 3/22- found out Toto's is now doin window tint, and after the great care he took with windshield replacement I thought I'd give him a shot. Ronaldo with Toto Auto Glass was extremely helpful and accommodating. I called for a replacement if my broken front passenger side door window and they texted me back to schedule an appointment within minutes of the initial conversation. Options were given as to where to meet to have the work done, but it was finally resolved to come to my location with their mobile services. The work was great and the price was very good, and Ronaldo was quick and professional. I highly recommend their services!

My car was broken into one evening and I was searching for an auto glass repair company online. I noticed the excellent reviews for Toto and am glad that I went with them! They responded right away when I reached out around 8:30PM and came by my home to replace the window the next morning at 10AM. It was so convenient that I didn't need to drive anywhere with a broken window and the cost was very reasonable. He also cleaned up the little glass pieces on the seat which was a huge help!

In my time of need, Toto Auto Glass was my savior. When I called, they were able to provide same-day service, communicate seamlessly over text, and provide excellent service for a very reasonable price. Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the repairman were professional, efficient, and kind. I called at 11:30, and they were able to have a repairman at my house by 3:30pm. Once they arrived, my car was as good as new within 25 minutes! Cannot recommend Toto Auto Glass any more!

Amazing service! My car recently got broken into and the front passenger window was broken. I called to ask about a quote around 3 pm and got the quote instantly! After discussing a bit with my family I called back around an hour later. Toto said they will send a technician between 6 - 7:30 pm. The guy came around 7:15 pm and got the windows fixed in less than an hour. If this happens again (hopefully not), I will definitely come back to them! Tldr, fast quotes and same day service
