Replaced the windshield on my 2016 WRX here. A couple months later I had water showing up in my passenger side footwell and thought it might be the windshield seal. Took it back here and they spent most of an hour trying to diagnose the problem, which turned out to not be due to the windshield at all. Despite this, they would not take any money from me when I offered to pay for their time. Appreciate their honest service and desire to make things right with their work.

I rarely write reviews but these guys are the best! They replaced my windshield the same day, suuuper quickly (20 mins), and charged half of what some people quoted. Be prepared to pay cash or check. There is an atm in the convenience store across the street. Not a ton of room/place to wait but you should still go with them or check if they can come to you. I shopped around a lot getting quotes and reading reviews, and am so happy I went with them!

I had my rear window broken into, and I called around to a few shops to get quotes. Most other shops couldn't get me for 3-5 weeks. David was able to order a replacement window and get my window replaced in 4 days. The price was on par with other major glass competitors. I had David order me a used OEM window, and it was in perfect condition, and luckily for me the used window was already tinted and matched my existing tint. I went to the shop and had them fix my window there, and my replacement took just over 30 minutes, there was another car in front of me, but all in all I was in and out in 45 minutes. I will say that you will need to make sure you follow up / ask questions / and track things yourself. While everyone at the shop was professional, you'll need to make sure you call to check if your glass is in, you'll need to call the day of your appointment to confirm, and you'll need to remember what they quoted you. As long as you're on top of everything this place is awesome!PositiveProfessionalismServicesAuto rear window replacement

I had a really great experience at Peter Pan Auto glass and would highly recommend them for any auto glass needs. They were super fast with their turn around and availability and were able to get me in within a day or two. When I called around to a few other places, their wait times were more like a week or two. The price here was better than other places too and the service was friendly. If there are lots of cars parking can be tricky but if you just ask they will direct you to a place to go. Overall they did a good job and Im satisfied with the quality of their work and my experience. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

I called around for quotes to replace my heavily cracked windshield and Peter Pan auto glass and a shop in West Seattle were the cheapest (both were between $40 and $150 less than everyone else I called). Peter Pan was closest to my house so they were the obvious choice. I got an appointment for the same day I called. While their shop isn’t sparkling clean or fancy, they seem quite experienced and capable and finished in under 30 min. If I need auto glass service in the future I will probably just call them and not bother getting other quotes cuz these guys were honest and friendly and it was a positive experience and a great deal.

Cheapest price in town because service is on par with price. Only positive is the quick installation (maybe 30 mins). Car left extremely dirty inside and out due to installer not wearing gloves and blowing air when windshield was off. I arrived home to realize windshield was slightly slanted due to how uneven top molding was and chipped paint. Side molding wouldn’t sit flush due to broken tabs. My shop rag I stored in my door pocket was gone. Went back and all they did was added double-sided tape to the side molding. No accountability at all!

If you have a newer car I wouldn’t recommend this place. I have a 2021 Mazda CX-5 and after they replaced my glass, it disabled my safety features because they do not know how to recalibrate the windshield after installation. (Smart brake system malfunction, forward smart city break malfunction etc, front camera sensory system malfunction) The guy didn’t know how to fix it. I went to my Mazda seller to get it fixed and after they talked to me about diagnostics, I have to get an OEM full replacement of the front windshield for 1500

I called many auto glass shops in Seattle that day and found the lowest quote here, a small crowded shop in south Seattle. I had made an appointment and when I arrived I left my keys with the repairman having no idea that he would be handing them back to me 15 to 20 minutes later! My front passenger side window had been replaced and all of the broken glass from the break in had been cleaned up by his staff. Although, this place seems a little chaotic at first, these guys are on it and got the job done in no time!

Unfortunately my passenger side front window got smashed last night. After calling around a handful of places, Peter Pan Auto Glass was the only place that would take me today (all others were a couple days out,) and had the lowest price of all the quotes i got. They luckily had the glass for my car model so they were quick. The whole process took an hour at most. They were busy, which showed me they are a place that is trusted. If this happens to happen again (hopefully not,) this is the place i will be going.

From the appearance one might be hesitant coming here, but these guys don’t need a fancy shop to do good work. I pulled up and they had my cracked windshield out of my car within minutes. I waited for my glass to be swapped out, and it barely took any time. These guys know what they’re doing, and don’t waste time at all. Thank you so much, I really appreciate the super fast turn around. I told them what car I had yesterday, and today they had it fixed in under 50 minutes. A+ job
