Do not go here!! I came to Golden Auto Glass with a broken windshield and side window, and left with almost $3k in new body damage, and a windshield that was not installed correctly (not sealed at the bottom, air coming in from engine and flexed outward if you pushed on it a bit) and needed replaced immediately. The work done to the vehicle besides these issues was extremely poor, with sealant spilling out everywhere, interior trim not reinstalled properly, scratched interior, and dents, rubbing and scrapes on my cars body all around the windshield. I took my vehicle to a body shop and they were blown away by the amount of damage caused during a windshield replacement - $3k to fix - More than the damage I came to Golden auto glass with in the first place. When I came to Golden Auto Glass with these issues and quote they did refund the windshield but have ghosted me on covering the exterior body damage they caused, despite me having shared clear before and after photos that show the car was not damaged before their work. Also, their "key drop" is just a mailbox anyone could reach into and grab your keys out of if you drop your vehicle off after hours. Not something I felt great about in Seattle. Fast efficient service at an affordable price. I woke up to one of my windows being busted out, and started calling around to find a repair shop. Golden Auto Glass by far offered the best price and was able to accommodate me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the next day. I was quoted an hour-and-a-half wait time and like I said the price was far lower than every other glass shop that I called. I arrived for my appointment and they were ready for my vehicle immediately. I did have to wait about 2 hours for repair and installation. But I'd rather wait extra time for the superb service that was provided. My vehicle was well vacuumed out. I did not find any broken glass debris. The new window matches the rest of the glass just fine. Annie was very apologetic of the extra wait time and informed me of what was going on. Once the repair was complete the technician came out, apologized for the delay, greeted and thanked me and went on his way. Once I paid I went outside to find my vehicle ready to pull out onto the street. I highly recommend this place.

I waited a while to write this review, but here's why. I had the back glass of the family minivan replaced when someone smashed it out along with other cars in our neighborhood. The owner was great, got us in quick, price was fair. After the job was done, the hatch where the glass had been broken made a ton of noise, like there was still broken glass in there. I stopped back, and they said that they had gotten all the broken glass out, and that there was nothing that they could do, because it wasn't accessible. After about 2 years of this annoying crunching sound, I just popped the panel off the hatch, and there I found AN ENTIRE HATCH FULL OF BROKEN GLASS. They hadn't vacuumed ANY of it out before installing the new one. Also, it took me 5 minutes to take the internal panel off to access it. Another window was broken this past year, and obviously I had another company replace the glass, and the other company vacuumed the broken glass from the van, as well as the ground outside of the van. I wouldn't use Golden again. Not after bad work, and then not making it right.

These folks are amazing. Walked out to discover someone had smashed my window overnight. It was raining (as it does here) and I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving it, even with it wrapped/taped. It was Saturday, so my regular auto body shop was closed. Called the dealership, they couldn’t get me in and would need to order the part. Called the shop they recommended, same story. I started looking on Google and this is the first place I found. I’m glad I did! The cost was reasonable, they got me in that day, and my car was fully fixed within two hours. They even cleaned up the inside of my car where all the glass fell, which I was not expecting - SUPER kind touch. My battery also died from the interior lights being on while the doors were open (not their fault, my battery just does that..that’s another story) and they profusely apologized and gave me a jump. Car windows aren’t cheap, but I feel like I got a good deal and the customer service is top notch!

This place is fantastic. They are well priced and extremely capable. During a recent family road trip to Seattle (we are from Canada), we had a broken window in our van thanks to a petty thief. We discovered the broken window at 8:30am, and after phoning around found Golden Auto Glass. Annie told us that she could help, without hesitation. She managed to get us in for repairs immediately and was instrumental in getting us back on the road. She was done with us by 11:00, and we were back on the road. I remain immensely impressed with Golden Auto Glass, she moved her standing appointments around (with their permission) and helped a family with 4 kids get moving again. The work was great, the price was fair, and the service was above and beyond. When bigger brands told us we'd have to wait 3 or 4 days for an appointment, she had us in right away and done in 3 hours.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Golden Auto Glass Service., and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service - they were dialed in. From the moment I called, I was greeted with a warm welcome and professional attitude from the owner. Annie was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues. The process from estimate to work being done to payment was smooth, quick, and easy. She was professional and sweet. The work was done promptly and to an incredibly fast, with a level of attention to detail that truly exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by Annie. Overall, I cannot recommend this is place highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service truly set them apart, and I will certainly be returning for any future automotive needs.

Had my window smashed for no reason in typical Seattle fashion. Insurance referred me to Safelight, but that was going to take weeks to even get an appointment. Looked up local shops and this place had a good reputation. Annie, the lady who runs the shop, was efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. She was accommodating to my work schedule and let me come in an hour before closing on a day of my choice, which was less than a week from when I first called. I only had a small triangle window on my car broken, and they were able to install new glass within about 45 minutes. There was no problem with the workmanship, and service was quick and reasonably priced. As a night shift nurse, the worst feeling is getting to your car after a 12 hour shift and finding a window smashed. I was tired and stressed thinking about how I was going to replace the glass window before I had to return back to work the same night. I found Golden Auto Glass through a Google search and read the reviews. I had a similar experience to many of the other customers. I spoke with Annie on the phone and she communicated pricing and the ETA for the finished job. I appreciate that they’re open on a Saturday and said I could bring my car in right away. I dropped my car off around 9:30am and picked it up about 2 hours later, super fast! I would recommend Golden Auto Glass for a quick, quality repair. Could not recommend more! I had 2 cars with broken windows (ugh property crime out here). And they fixed it in half a day. Fit looked perfect, had the oem parts for my mustang convertible, which apparently is hard to get the fit right. Price was cheapest from all places I called. They vacuum and cleaned all the glass from car, even the corners and all. I read the good reviews and I'm still surprised how good the services was. They don't work with Safelite directly for insurance so you need to pay for it then get it reimbursed through insurance, but I still would prefer them. Chinese/English both are good. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need auto glass repair.

I’d give it 4.5 because at first the was an issue with the glass not fitting so I had to come back to fix it later and the main lady was a bit hard to understand. However she was trying to accommodate as she could. I noticed my car window broken on a Friday afternoon and this is the only place that even had the option to come in on Saturday. She says she had 2 windows fir my model but I e of them was for wring side, another had this bad fitting size. She let me keep the bad window till Monday, when I had only 1 hour to fix it, and I paid in cash only after that (to avoid 5% charge). Also they vacuumed everything.
