Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Repair

When I talked to the lady (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) but she was patient and went over everything, where I could understand. The tech, Eddie, was amazing!! He answered all of my questions (and didn't act bothered) and was here when he stated he would be, was quick, and even vacuumed all the shards of glass, that went everywhere (from the large item that flew into, and almost thru my windshield) after he finished the job!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Glass America to EVERYONE, for their glass replacement!! I've used other (I won't say names) auto glass replacement companies and wanted to try a company that was closer, and I'm so glad I found Glass America!! I'll definitely use them in the future, IF I need them. ALSO, they're a national company!!

Won't let them touch my car they don't have clue about customer service or scheduling they gave me a price called back in a hour or so and said they need to add more money and then called back again in about another hour said they needed to add more money said ok then they called back two day's before the day to come and do windshield they said that I had to bring in to shop about 50 miles from my house so they didn't stand behind scheduling so wouldn't expect them to stand behind there warranty or anything they say

My broken windscreen was replaced on Saturday. By midday of the following day the strip on one side of my windscreen became undone while I was driving. I pulled off to the side of the road and attempted to secure the strip, but it got dislodged again. I had to pull off to the side of the road again and this time I removed the strip which came off too easily. Upon examining the back of the strip I realized ALL the clips were broken. I have contacted Glass American to let them know, but I am still awaiting a response.

They got my windshield in in a day, I only had to wait an hour for them to replace it, they were super friendly and less expensive than other options. About 9 months afterwards I got a crack and they replaced the windshield for free, no issues. Again super friendly and super fast. I see the reviews here are for multiple locations across the country... While the company may be based in the Northwest, this was the New Hampshire location

This shop replaced my Honda pilot glass when other shops couldn’t. I had concerns because other shops could not get after market glass to calibrate, but glass America assured me that they had adapted to that problem months ago, and they were very confident. Still they volunteered to have a secondary windshield from an alternate supplier on hand as security. The second windshield wasn’t required. The shop was terrific.

The tech worked with me on the time he came and was right on time. Was quick with the work, but it also needed another part, which he explained and let me get. He had to go back to the shop while I got the part, but I when there with the part and he got right on it and was finished in 15 min. Then he did not charge for installing the new part. How great is that! Great experience will use them every time.

The whole experience with Glass America was smooth and easy. I was given a call that they were even able to fit my car in a little early which was a pleasant surprise. Windshield was installed perfectly and cleanly, and my cars safety systems seem to be happy with the calibration as well. They handled working with my insurance company so no paperwork on my end either.

Great experience with the staff and of course the Master of Glass Mike, who was so kind and knows his stuff! 🙏🏽 My wimdshield replacement was executed very efficiently and professionally. Thr clean environment was a plus, and the receptionist was super kind and accommodating...My new Glass place for all of my cars!!

Mike was incredibly helpful with getting my car window fixed! He communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process. My window was fixed same day and under half an hour! I truly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend his services!

This shop is the best! They installed a new windshield on my car. The people are very friendly, honest and helpful! I have already been recommending them, to friends! They have very affordable prices and do exceptional work! Good people! I am a customer for life, for sure! Thanks guys, and God bless you all!
