It really sucks to have my quarter glass broken into during Thanksgiving. I'm flying out for the holidays and wanted to get it replaced as soon as possible before I leave. I was fortunate to have stumbled upon Auto Glass Solutions. Their prices are great being that they are located in downtown Seattle (SLU to be exact) and provide FREE mobile service. I sent an email late at night requesting for a quote and Paula responded to me early the next morning. Her responses were quick and she was able to lock a date in for me a week out, which was their earliest available date. A few days prior to the scheduled time, Paula will send a text to confirm the appointment. 10 minutes before Dan (technician) was going to arrive, he texted me to let me know he'll arrive shortly. I work from home anyway so it worked out well. Dan worked on my glass replacement from where I have my vehicle parked in the apartment garage. If you do not work from home, Dan will meet you at your workplace and work on your car while you're working. The entire process took 45 minutes only and Dan was kind enough to also clean the surrounding area as he worked. He was very friendly, kind, easy going and made the entire process very smooth (esp when I was stressed out about all of this happening); think of Dan as your friendly neighbor! I highly, highly, highly recommend Dan, Paula and all of Auto Glass Solutions! For any one that's wondering, I paid a total of $479.58 (glass, tax & labor) for the quarter glass. The quarter glass is usually not as common as the front/rear windshields or rear doors. Amazing service! Dan and Paula do an incredible job running Auto Glass Solutions. I had the windshield on my Subaru Crosstrek replaced, and they made the process so easy. Dan and Paula explained that I likely wouldn’t need a recalibration after the replacement (a service Safelite was going to charge me $750 for). They were right! After Dan replaced the windshield, everything worked perfectly. I’m so grateful for how much money they saved me—I ended up paying half of what Safelite and my dealership had quoted. Paula was fantastic in helping me schedule the service and get everything organized. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Dan arrived right on time to replace my windshield and had the job done in about an hour. The fact that they came to my location made it so convenient. I highly recommend Auto Glass Solutions, and if I ever need glass service again, I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a great company with even better service! I had to replace the quarter glass in my Acura, and stumbled across Auto Glass Solutions. The person on the phone heard about my take, and whilst I was on the phone, she was busy looking up the part I needed. It wasn't in stock, and to my surprise they offered a used glass option as opposed to new. Saved me about $450 right there. She was helpful every step of the way, including letting me know about a day's delay in shipment (hey, it happens...no biggie). Firmed up delivery time and confirmed via VIN that we had the correct part. Amazing service!!! The tech (Dan?) was early to the appointment and after a few questions and whatnot, he got to work. I was expecting it would take a couple hours, minimum. 30 minutes later, I was told that the job was done! Superb experience all the way around. You've got a customer for life!

Even though I'm in their service area, they referred me to All Star Auto Glass. Wasn't totally clear on the reasoning, but there were many reasons: we're booking into next week, we can't fix all the chip repairs, we are focusing on glass replacement, we're only doing chip repair for existing customers, your car is outside. Truly, they do not want new business unless it's big ticket glass replacement. One might think that chip repair for potential new customers could build customer trust and loyalty when, in the future, that customer needs glass replacement. Heck, I can go to All Star Auto Glass and they might say my windshield needs to be replaced. Am I going to then go back to Auto Glass Solutions? Not. So, I'm here to plug All Star Auto Glass, just like Auto Glass Solutions does!

Overall great experience with Auto Glass Solutions replacing one of my rear door windows that was broken into. I wanted the job done as quick as possible and had had a hard time with another company getting the parts in soon enough. But when I called Auto Glass Solutions on a Monday, they found the last part available in the area, had it shipped up to Seattle and came to install it Thursday! Paula kept me constantly up to date on the shipping status and was super helpful. She really put my mind at ease. The repair itself took about 45 minutes, a clean job, and they even swept up all the broken glass that was still littering my car. The technician, Dan, was also super friendly. Overall great team and great service at Auto Glass Solutions.

I've used Autoglass Solutions to replace my windshield twice, and they've always been incredible. Paula handled all email communications and was very responsive and made sure I was aware of what to expect. The pricing is very reasonable for a complete windshield replacement. Dan was an incredibly quick and helpful technician. He made sure I was aware of all the changes to my windshield, the problems from previous bad repairs, and future steps once the car is ready to be driven. He even let me know of additional parts that will need to be replaced next time I need a windshield replacement. This is my second time working with him, and he's been such a huge help and informative technician.

Wow! Totally awesome experience. The scheduler/biller was extremely helpful and communicative, and helped me coordinate with my insurance to get it covered, as well as lots of communication the day before and day-of installation to confirm everything was still set and convenient to go ahead. The installer, Dan, was wonderful - friendly, timely, thoughtful, methodical, thorough, fast and very professional. He even took time to explain what had happened before and what might need to happen in the future with the windshield replacement, and helped me diagnose a leakage problem on our sunroof. Can't say enough great things! 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

Really great experience with AutoGlass Solutions. We had a small chip that turned into a large crack with the recent snow and Paula was very helpful and quick to schedule a windshield replacement, she also walked me through the process which I appreciated. Dan was our technician and he called ahead before arriving and was really knowledgeable as well as professional. We were unable to bill insurance but their workorder was so thorough we were able to get reimbursed through our insurance within 24 hours. I was impressed with auto glass from the very first phone call with Paula and her desire to get the exact correct glass for my car. Dan called to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived, he verified that the glass was absolutely correct before he proceeded to take apart the door. He ensured that he could get every single piece of glass out so a stray piece of glass wouldn't ruin the motor or something. Overall, I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend this company. I hope to never need them again, but if I do I know exactly who to call!

The Auto Glass Solutions team is just the best. Paula coordinated with me over the holidays to find a time that worked for their mobile tech to come to me. They were highly communicative & transparent during the entire process. The best part - it turned out that I didn't need as much work as we thought I would, and Dan the mobile tech was more than happy to rescind the original invoice so that I only had to pay for services rendered. I cannot recommend them enough & will be going back to them for any services needed in the future. Thanks, Dan!
