Allow me to add five more stars here for a total of 10!! These guys are AWESOME 2.0 I needed to get rock chip repaired before my son’s drivers test. I had an appointment with another company that unfortunately canceled me a few hours before the appointment. Frantically, I called around looking for a company that could help my situation. Randomly going down the list I came across Good Dog Auto Glass. When I called the young lady who answered was courteous and friendly, not to mention very helpful and understood my dilemma. They said they could squeeze me in their schedule if I can get down there by 3:30. Big thumbs up emoji here. The staff greeted my friendly when I walked in the door. They even laughed, at my stale dad jokes . Then they broke it down and gave me the real deal. They even explained that not all rock chips repair will be 100% and there may be a little blur in the repaired area. Cool. Then I waited around the corner at Strbux and before too long they gave me a call saying the job was done. Picked up the keys and was blown away that their price was $15 less than my original quote from company X. Got in my car and drove away. At the intersection, I tried to find where the rock chip was. Then I found it, a little blurred like they said it would be. That didn’t bother me none. My son took his drivers test the next day. Passed. I got a small rock chip on my windshield, and although it wasn’t very big, it was causing the windshield wiper to smear when it rained. I walked in off the street (without an appointment) to see if someone would have a look at it. I was fully expecting to be told to make an appointment and come back (like other shops had done) but I was greeted at the front by a friendly gentleman (I’m assuming from other reviews that this was Luis?) who was just finishing up with a customer. He immediately and happily got up to come look at my windshield. He explained that the chip was too small to repair and that it would not spread. He also gave me an explanation as to why & that it was nothing to worry about. When I told him that the windshield wiper smeared because of the chip, he said I can solve that. He ran inside and got some potion and waved his magic wand and voila! Of course that’s not the way it went, but that’s what it seemed like. He even answered a bunch of my dumb questions while we waited for the magic potion to cure. In a matter of minutes he had solved my problem and put my mind at ease that the chip would not crack/spread. I rarely write reviews, but It’s so hard to find good customer service these days that I felt it was the least I could do for the excellent experience I had at this particular shop. Thank you again!

Good Dog Auto Glass replaced a broken window on my Toyota RAV4. I am very happy with their expertise and service, and I will surely come back. Initially when calling around and talking to different auto shops, Good Dog differentiated itself by having friendly staff members and helpful customer service. Over the phone, they answered all my questions and gave me a quote upfront (no unexpected fees when I was billed). The quoted price was fair (more affordable than big brands like safelite) and the glass comes with manufacturer's warranty and installation warranty. Which I appreciated. After the first fix, I noticed that the glass installed was not bent to fit my car completely. Louis told me to come in the following week, to get another replacement glass. He was amazing, and I really appreciated that type of protection and customer service. Thank you Good Dog Auto Glass!

This review is long overdue but I needed to give credit to Good Dog Auto Glass! I used their services a few months ago and am so glad I did. My windshield had a large crack so I called a few different dealerships for a quote on a replacement and they all said that I should use factory windshields because my car had the ADAS cameras. I then called Good Dog Auto Glass and Luis assured me that I did not have to get original factory windshields and they also provide camera recalibration services. I paid less than I would have if I went to a dealership and the whole process was great, they were very professional from start to finish. Just yesterday a big rock hit my windshield as I was driving on the highway and didn't leave a crack so they definitely use a good product! My car got broken into and a window was smashed and after a few price quotes I ended up at Good Dog on 4/17. While the circumstances were awful, the service was incredible. I was stressed because I had a broken window, had to pay a lot to get it fixed, and also because I had to go during work hours while being busy at work. Once I got there they instantly took my keys and got started. The time window I got was up to 2 hours but they rushed it for me and got it done perfectly but also got me out in under 40 minutes. Stacy was awesome and provided great service and was a very calming presence for a stressful situation. Their price quote was the best I got. While I genuinely hope to never have a situation that brings me back to this location, I 100% would return and recommend them to anyone who has glass repair needs. Thanks for the great service!

They started off great by emailing me right away with details and the price all right in the email. They gave me the best price from anywhere else I've talk to. So the next day I called and made an appointment and they were super friendly and had excellent customer service. Made the appointment and when they came still super friendly and professional. Unfortunately a piece of my car was stubborn and had to order that piece so we had to wait for that. After looking for me beyond standards like my car dealership discontinued the part, they didn't give up and still looked and found. So the part comes in and they put me in right away and came out. They got the job done, quick, and professionally. They did beyond good standards and I would easily recommended them to anyone and I will go back for any problems with car windows.

I have had these two chips in my windshield for a while and I knew that I had to get them fixed fast so they didn't get bigger, so first I just googled it up and went to Safelite. $300 for them to fix two little chips in a windshield?!? Another place said $200, and another place told me $85 plus an additional $40 for the second chip. Finally, I found Good Dog Auto Glass online and gave them a call, and they quoted me for a whopping $55! The person that I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and you can barely see the chips in my windshield anymore, they are perfectly fixed! I will definitely be going back if any damage comes to my cars windows again, 10/10 service and price! My 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV has a unique Windshield that is glued in place as it is considered a structural element to the car. In addition, the trim is glued on as well. So you don’t want just anyone doing this job. Because of the complexity, the two largest shops near me turned the job down. Thank goodness for Good Dog Auto Glass. It is run by two car enthusiasts which is exactly who you want working on your classic car! They told me it would take some time due to the level of effort, but they kept my car safe inside their facility. When I picked the car up, I couldn’t have been happier with the care and quality of work. They even polished the window trim? If you have a classic car - actually any car - this is the best shop in the Puget Sound area!

I got my windshield replaced in June in which I was happy with their services. However, as of few weeks ago, I've noticed a crack is starting to form from the bottom. I tried to email and communicate with them but they are ghosting me. I waited 2 weeks before I submit this review. Before I was a customer, they replied within a business day to schedule my appointment. I might be the only unfortunate recipient from a cracking windshield replacement but I just want to let everyone know if there is a problem a few months later, don't expect a reply. I suggest everyone to pay the extra $50 from a competitor. Update: I got a hold of them and unfortunately for me, it was a new crack. As a result, I had to replace it again but they offered a discount.

My car windshield got hit by a rock and unfortunately was too big to fill in so I had to get it replaced. Yesterday I called Good Dog and was immediately impressed by Louis. He was very informative and friendly! Today I went to get my new windshield installed as well as my car system recalibrated. It was done in the time he said and so friendly in person. They also washed all my windows and vacuumed my car as well. Above and beyond! It was nice getting to play some arcade games while waiting for them to finish the work on my car. Louis also helped by calling and setting up a claim with my insurance company. Amazing experience and will definitely recommend and be back for any auto glass related problem I have.
