This guy is absolutely amazing! If you have a unique auto glass problem (or even a regular one), this is the place to go, hands down. I bought a 98 4Runner only to find that it was leaking around the windshield. No one would touch it, because it might be caused by rust (it was). I called dealers, mechanics, glass shops, body shops... not only were they quoting me thousands of dollars, they were booked out for months, and I had a tarp over my vehicle. Then one of them gave me Jesse's number. He was very understanding, and explained that he sees this all the time, as he specializes in auto glass for classic vehicles, which often have rust issues. He was upfront about expectations, and that there are no guarantees, but I was just happy he was willing to try. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and he had me drop it off Tuesday morning. By the next Friday, he had removed the old (incorrect) windshield and molding, treated the rust, sanded and primered the gashes left by the last idiots who replaced the windshield, and installed the new (correct) windshield and molding. All for less than Safelite quoted me just to replace the windshield, with no rust repair. I was speechless. Do yourself a favor and call Jesse first. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable, and he obviously loves his work and helping people like me when no one else can or will. Thanks again, Jesse! Asked how much to get my rear window resealed. I described the vehicle I have with a power slider re window and he said you can’t save it you have to get a new one. I explained that isn’t true you just undo the bolts pulled out the carpet and plastic side pieces on the interior and reseal the back window and he said “why are you asking me then” these people are con artists. Jesse can kick rocks. Of course he tries to gaslight in his response to my review. It went how I said above. I asked if you could you said you can’t save the motor mount. I informed you I watched someone else do it so it clearly is possible. You clearly got upset at me since you don’t know your own job that well clearly. I do review people that do bad jobs or lie to steer people away from bad business which you are one. You will likely lose business because of your unprofessional behavior. It is what it man.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to Classic City Auto Glass LLC. My windshield had two small cracks and I went to two other windshield location and the wait time was too long or weeks away. However, I was referred to Classic City Auto Glass LLC, and I met Jesse. We spoke and he was happy to see me right away. I enjoyed his company and his professionalism. He was able to repair my windshield and it was absolutely perfect. Best place to go to. Best prices. When my windshield broke I was freaking out. I called 6 other places and everyone was booked 3-4 weeks and way higher price. Jesse got me in 3 days and quoted me cheaper rate than anyone else. He drove to my house and was done in 2 hours. The guy knows his stuff. Professional over phone as well as in person. I recently purchased a new windshield through this company and was very satisfied with the workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, less than three weeks after I got my windshield, I got a rock chip on the freeway. I immediately called Jesse and informed him of what happened. My car has a very unique situation in that it's windshield is involved in a class action lawsuit against an auto glass manufacturer for a defect that causes your windshield to crack without provocation. Out of every other glass shop in this city, classic city auto was the ONLY shop who'd ever even heard of the issue. They weren't able to help me due to supply chain issues that were no fault of theirs, but they still guided me towards a solution none the less!

Unfortunately my window was busted out in my work parking lot & I was freaking out calling around trying to find someone to fix it. Jesse quickly responded & ordered the window for me the same day & was able to come fix it 2 days later. He came to my job & fixed it for me so I didn’t even have to take off of work for this. Excellent service from my initial phone call right on through to picking up my car. It was one of the cheapest options in town with the best overall reviews and reputation. They got me in quickly and then the windshield replacement was finished sooner than I expected. I'll definitely come back for any glass I need replaced. It feels good to support a local business that does great work. Loved the atmosphere of the place, too.
