These people are wonderful! Previously I've always used Safelite to deal with windshield chips and 1 replacement on a previous vehicle. This time I decided I wanted to find a local company to do my work as I had 2 cracks in the windshield of my Ram 1500 and my back window was cracked somewhere letting water leak into my truck. I had been battling for 2 months trying to find the leak in the rear window and couldn't figure it out. It was causing water to pool up on the passenger front floorboard because my truck is parked in my driveway with the rear end higher than the front and the water would run under the carpet from the back to the front. I had tried flowable silicone around the back window, a new gasket on the 3rd brake light, and sealing the shark fin antenna. None of this fully stopped the leaks. Since I needed a new windshield anyway, I filed the windshield claim through my insurance and asked them to send the claim to AGP, which they did with no issues. AGP called same day to set up the appointment. When I brought the truck in for the windshield replacement, I asked them to check the back window and see if they can figure out the frustrating leak. They replaced the windshield and found a crack in the bottom of the rear window frame that was letting water in. I had to file a second claim on the rear window, but was able to bring the track back in a couple weeks later and got it replaced as well thinking that this was the only source of the water leaking into the truck. Now this review gets even better. After all this, I was still experiencing water leaking into my truck on the passenger front floorboard, but I didn't see any water around the back window. I called AGP and asked them if they could double-check their work and see if the seals on the back window were good or if there was possibly something wrong with the install. They told me to bring the truck back in and drop it off, which I did. A few hours later I got a call from Hank, in their shop and he told me that he found the leak, but I wouldn't believe where it was coming from and he asked me to come in so he could show me. Hank and another guy had spent hours pouring bucket after bucket of water over the top of the truck trying to find the leak. They were able to track it down to behind the front fender. Due to what appears to be a manufacturer's defect, water was getting into the frame by leaking between a couple of panel seams that were not fully watertight. It was causing the water to get in and then run along the bottom of the truck and dribble out between the seams in the frame under the floorboard. None of us could believe it, but I watched it happen right in front of my eyes. Since it had nothing to do with the glass, I offered to pay them for their time, but they refused to charge me for figuring this out. I'm blown away by their diligence to take care of a customer and figure something like this out. Since my truck wasn't under warranty, I was able to figure out how to fix the leaks myself with some 3M Seam Sealer and Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal and thankfully the leaks appear to be all gone, but I couldn't have figured it out with the help of the guys at AGP. Highly recommend them and I'll be sure to take my vehicles here for any glass needs in the future.

Without reservation, I 100% recommend this place for your windshield and glass repairs. Between Stacia's amazing customer service and the shop's willingness to accommodate my availability, I am completely satisfied, and all expectations were met and exceeded. Before I committed to this place, I did some shopping around. Auto Glass was several hundred dollars cheaper than local competitors and very military friendly. Please consider this veteran owned business. It is the definition of quality.

Honestly, I have visited this place twice, and I had bad experiences in both times. I would have been greatly appreciated, if they could have provided a frequent communication, so that customers know they are not in a limbo with a busted window driving around without knowing when the installation or possible appointment could be set up. Due to the heavy rainy days, who knows what other water damage that might have impacted the car interior other than the broken glass itself. Considering all the factors (order, shipment, insurance, checking, and paperwork), that communication is essential throughout the process. Hysterically, my insurance referred me another glass shop, and they were able to notify me within 48 hours, and began the order and shipment and collected my payment at once. I waited 2 weeks with Auto Glass Professional. I had to call back to follow up on the status, then I was told more waiting needs to be done. What a joke, this place! Highly recommend others to seek a couple more inquires before finalizing your decisions. I don’t care how good the rating this place has, but the lack of communication with the customers is detrimental and a poor professionalism in my eyes. I would have stayed and stick it out, if I have been informed what’s going on during each stage, so the customers have an idea in their heads.NegativePunctuality, QualityServicesInstallation

I recently had the opportunity to work with Auto Glass Professionals in Olympia for a windshield replacement, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and customer care. One of the standout aspects was their efficiency in sourcing the necessary parts. I was genuinely impressed with how quickly they were able to secure everything needed for the job. This was particularly comforting, as it meant less time with a compromised windshield, enhancing the safety of my vehicle. The actual installation process was seamless. The technicians took great care in their work, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. The attention to detail was evident, and it's clear that quality is a top priority for this team. Not only was the work top-notch, but it was also completed in a timely manner. This quick turnaround was greatly appreciated, as it minimized the disruption to my day-to-day routine. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Professionals in Olympia for any auto glass needs. I had this place replace my windshield on my Toyota 3 times. First time they put a glass that look kinda smeary (like a fun house mirror) I told them they said we’ll replace it for free since it’s under warranty great! The second time they replaced it glass was fine but my collision braking system light was coming on. They had me bring the car in to look at it and had to redo the glass again. The light was still on after the third time replacing the glass. They said go to Toyota so they can reset my computer systems in my car. They paid the dealership so I didn’t have to pay anything there. After that, everything was fixed no problems. 2 weeks later I get a rock chip. Went back to ask if they could just repair it so it wouldn’t spread they did it for free. I think my luck going here was unfortunate that it had to be replaced so many times and sometimes an inconvenience but they were nice and they fixed my windshield until it was done right. And I only had to pay for one windshield replacement everything else was under warranty.PositiveProfessionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

My van’s rear vent window recently ceased to work and also slipped from the track that holds the forward portion of the glass in place. Not realizing they would have been able to install a new motor as well, I had that done elsewhere and then had Auto Glass Professionals address the adhesion problem on the front portion of the window. I have now learned their services would have extended to all the required work for my window to function, and I could have saved myself cost, time, and stress as compared to how I actually did proceed. Bottom line, this business absolutely operates with kindness, honesty, integrity, fairness, and skill. I will, without hesitancy, have all future auto window repair needs be done here as will I enthusiastically recommend them to others!

My 94 year old mother had a windshield seal failure on her 25 year old Toyota Camry. I told Steve that she couldn't afford an expensive fix do to her income. They set us up with an appointment to assess damage. Steve had told me it could go over $700 to fix if there was rust involved. I got a call 4 hours after dropping car off, that it was ready for pickup. I arrived with checkbook in hand and fearing it could break her bank account. Swallowed hard and walked into pay the bill. Steve told me there was no charge and my eyes welled up. Not a dime??? Who does that in this day and age? I am amazed that there are still businesses like this. For ever grateful and will recommend your shop until my last day...

Second time going to Auto Glass Professionals to have a rock chip repaired in my windshield. First time was pretty basic. But this second one was a doosey. David, the gentlemen who helped with the repair, was an honest professional. He was skeptical the repair could be done, and since he wasn't entirely confident, he offered a fair price for the repair. He says he's a perfectionist and strives to produce only quality work, and I believe him. Turns out he did a great job! Even if the repair lasts only for a little while (or maybe longer) and I do end up needing a new windshield, I definitely know where I'll be going. Thanks AutoGlass Professionals.

Used this company to replace 2 driver side windows on two of my company vehicles and then ended up using them to replace a windshield for my personal vehicle. Received multiple quotes for my windshield from different glass companies near by and this one was the best quoted price. They give better military discount than most places which is great! We did run into an issue with one of the work trucks windows not lining up and an issue with the windshield install of my car but overall happy with the services provided. Very nice people who work here, Hank was great! Will plan to use them in the future when needed.

I made an appointment to have my windshield rock chips repaired. Making the appointment was easy and the front office staff polite and I feel very comfortable speaking with them. I got there in time for the appointment, and in less than an hour they had my four rock chips repaired. The employees were all busy and the shop was clean and well organized to take in all the business, which at the time was very busy. Everyone was polite and professional, and it felt good supporting a family operation that’s been in business for 40 years. Go locals!
