An early satueday morning saw my dad having his camry's windows smashed. This car is very sentimental as its all he has now of his now passed parents. Not only was this wonderful shop able to get us in with very little notice but they did a phenominal repair job! They were even kind enough to vacuum the broken glass we couldnt get out💚 The service was done in a very timely fashion. For a very reasonable and affordable price. And its a true honor to suppport a local family owned business to boot! I CANNOT recommend this shop more to anyone needing aome repair or replacement. Every one there aas truly kind and you can see they do love their shop grewtly! So thank you once again for a phenominal job! And for helping keep the memory of my grandparents running on💚

They got us in on the same day we called to make an appointment. They had the best price in town, it took couple hours to do the job. Checked quality of job, it was "so so", this is to all automotive glass installers, because this is one of my pet peaves when it comes down to a windshield replacement, "Make sure the Winshield Cowling panel sits flat on the windshield and not warped! This irritates me, cause there's a gap between the Cowling panel and the windshield, fir needles falls in there and can get into your cabin filters, not good. Also a little clean up would be nice too, some adhesive left on the paint, my dash had dust and debris on it, if all this was taken care of before we picked up the car I would probably have given 5 stars.

Quick and easy process having the rear window replaced in my sister in laws Subaru after I had a lawn mower in the back seat roll and break the rear window. Called several shops around and these people got me in same day literally an hour after it happened and 2 hours later had a new window installed at the lowest quoted price after I shopped around to several other window shops around. They tracked down a replacement window quickly where other shops needed a few days to get a new one shipped in. This place was the cheapest which I know means the most for people but with the cheap price they offered did not mean poor service the service was top tier and they did a great job and did it quickly

Super fast and done right! I was looking for a place to get my front windshield replaced and I saw Tacoma Auto Glass had really high reviews and a very reasonable price so I went with them. I read from many other places that it takes 1-2 hours to replace the front windshield and Tacoma Auto Glass did it in 30-40 minutes! I was skeptical but after checking it out, everything was done right! After speaking with the specialist for a bit, he told me he used to work for NASCAR and served over 10000+ customers. He's obviously very skilled and it shows from his experience! Hopefully I'll never need to replace my windshield again, but if I do I'm only coming to Tacoma Auto Glass in the future.

This is where you want to go! My window was broken out on memorial day morning. I left messages at a few places. These guys text me the same day, even though it was a holiday. 2 pm the next day I was in. They did a wonderful job!! It's 3pm and none of the other businesses have tried to contact me. I called where my daughter went years ago and they send they could have my window in 3 to 4 days. WHAT! (I have a basic 2021 car. Not some random vehicle). But not here. Total 5 star review for Tacoma Auto Glass. Family owned, authentic about their work, genuine, just an amazing experience altogether. Had a cracked windshield, and they had the lowest price anywhere for replacement. Such clean work!! But it was not about price - it was all about the service and attention to detail. Also needed my driver door window fixed, they did that as well and is now perfect again. What a great experience - don’t go to those big guys - they charge way too much. I would highly recommend Tacoma Auto Glass to any family or friends in Pierce or King County. They were very professional, and communicative/responsive with the quoting process. I initially got a quote over the phone, and then appreciated following up over text to confirm everything. That was very helpful. I was able to replace windshields in both of my cars same day, with honest and transparent timelines and pricing. They take great pride in their work and service to customers. The owner and their partner are absolutely great people there is somewhat of a language barrier but they are honestly such a delight to have conversation with because they are very open about trying to learn and teach their language and learn ours as well they have great prices great customer service the only thing I would say is that they typically don't bring the windshield from the warehouse and have it ready when you show up creating an extended period of wait time other than that great people great establishment great partnership great prices I go to them every time I need a window or a window glass needs
