I went to Lucky Dog because they were close to the body shop I wanted to use. Joe & the team were fantastic for so many reasons!! I feel shops often lose their obligation to make what’s right for the customer the first priority. My situation required some trust from lucky dog since they were doing part of the work, not getting paid, and then trusting the truck was coming back to finish the job... and then get paid. They made me Feel like they understood what I was trying to accomplish and were so very accommodating towards the long term goal. Even when sub-par work had been done in an other shop that was out of their control, Joe became MY advocate to get the job done right. Having an expert be there to help me get the job done right was such a relief. I wish they did more types of work because the peace of mind in having an advocate in the automotive business is incredibly hard to find nowadays. People are so quick to take the time to leave negative and always incomplete stories that leave a bad taste in potential new customer’s mouths. last summer I needed to replace the glass on my broken hatch window and this was the most affordable place after getting about 11 quotes from shops within a 20 mile range. They sourced my part and my appointment was scheduled about 4 days after calling because I think they close on weekends. I dropped my car off around 9am and planned on waiting in the shop and the desk employee enlightened me that it would take several hours to complete so I called an uber home and the car was ready to be picked up around 4 hours later and I called another uber but the driver's coordinates for "Lucky Dog Auto Glass" dropped me off at a residential location 4 miles away and I had to call another one to take me to a church down the road from the actual location so probably double check if the uber is actually driving you to the shop if you plan on using them. The window is holding up well and the defrost and wiper work as intended and I'm very happy I took my car here and would recommend this place :)ServicesAuto rear window replacement

Wanted to share my amazing experience with lucky auto glass! I bought my Honda passport brand new and boy has it been through some stuff. I’ve managed to get 2 rock chips and brought it to them to stop it from spreading and was so happy with the results! I also got my back right window smashed from theft. The shop also did an amazing job that I couldn’t tell that it was smashed and replaced. They do really great work! The final blow was when my windshield got a big crack the size of the palm of your hand! I got that replaced and it looks brand new! They even somehow removed my brown bear car wash sticker and my good to go pass from my old windshield onto the new one! How did they make it look so clean when they took it off my old windshield. It looks so new! I’m impressed! Thank you for taking care of me! I’ve attached photos of the damage and one of the passport all brand new from all the work! Great shop. Owner has a pretty serious and straight forward demeanor, but from my experience with him, it's clear that customer service is important to him and I appreciate that along with the fact that his company did a great job on the glass install and in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price too. One small thing was on the phone he asked about a band of some sort on my windshield, and I had no clue what that was. So when I arrived, I asked again and realized I misunderstood, but he literally brought my replacement out and showed me what it would look like, so thumbs up. Maybe a definition on the website would be helpful. In the end, this is the kind of shop I happily recommend to friends and family (which I have) if they ever need the service. I do wish there was a coffee shop or restaurant close by, but there is a very clean, small area to wait inside if you need.

The receptionist (Miranda) was wonderful with such a pleasant charisma. I got a competitive quote and was looking forward to have my windshield replaced after reading through the reviews. It was a hard decision to make between Lucky Dogs and one other establishment who also have a great reviews and competitive price. I really regret having the windshield replaced by Lucky Dog because not only the dust and dirt inside of the car was not cleaned up needless to say outside. I will have to get a car wash after you did work on my car? The door was ajar when I got my car back. The dirty towel was left on top of my car. I am not sure how the other review had mentioned about car been vacuumed after the service? My car was dusty and dirty after the service. There were things left undone. Truly unacceptable. Lucky dog is just absolute class. After having my car window broken into this past weekend, I was desperate for a repair, especially in rainy Seattle where wondows-down is not an option. I called the Subaru dealership and they quoted me $300 in labor. They then forwarded me to the parts department where I was unceremoniously hung up on! So I looked around for local auto glass shops. Lucky dog has tons of positive 5 star reviews. I called right away and they quoted me less than Subaru, including clean-up, parts, labor, and lifetime warranty. Even better, they had availability for me in just a few hours. I was beyond impressed by their competitive pricing and their professional associates. Going with Lucky Dog was a no brainer! My window looks brand spanking new.

Had my windshield replaced today and I was extremely impressed with the way my experience went. The whole time I was there I felt like I was being taken care of. The prices are great and the service is wonderful. You can tell when you talk to Joe that he isn't out just to make a quick buck. He takes pride in his work and makes sure every part of the install is done correctly. He even taught me a bunch about windshields when I was there... (Some may find this boring but it was very insightful) and he's very knowledgeable in his field of work. I wont hesitate to recommend Lucky Dog to any one of my friends or family. If you want it done right, take it here and talk with Joe. He even beat the cost for insurance to fix my windshield. Thanks again Joe!

In March my car was broken into with a window smashed. Lucky Dog was able to get me in that same day. Very professional and friendly. 2 months later the window broke without any apparent reason. I brought it back to Lucky Dog expecting to have another bill for this same window. They replaced it for me saying it wasn't my fault so they weren't going to charge me for it. They figured out that it was a part that Mitsubishi puts in that was rubbing against the window. They replaced my window for me the same day again. Joe was very professional and friendly while he explained the issue and helped me out. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services! I had to replace my windshield due many rock pits and subsequent cracking. My insurance has a $500 deductible and recommended a nationwide and well known company. They quoted me $497. I did some shopping around and found that most companies charged a just little less. And then, I found Lucky Dog. It is a small, independently owned company here near downtown Kent and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Not only was the work done in a timely and professional manner, they charged me a full hundred dollars less than the big boys. I cannot recommend them enough. A family member had recommended Lucky Dog Auto Glass to me after searching for a replacement. I recently purchased an older work truck and the window had a large crack and needed to be replaced. I called around and was quoted much higher pricing, being out of pocket I needed to find a reasonable place. I contacted Lucky Dog and after getting a competitive quote plus a positive referral, I had my truck windshield replaced by them. They scheduled me in quickly and even confirmed the appointment. They did a great job, the molding was put in smooth with quality glass. The old windshield had a lumpy molding on top, it's like factory now.
