Cascade Auto Glass

Extremely happy with the service at Cascade. A large rock had hit the windshield of my Lexus at just the right angle to crack it. I was able to get scheduled in very quickly. At first, I had opted for an aftermarket Fuyao windshield as my insurance did not fully cover an OEM replacement and I wanted to give this option a try first. Unfortunately, this glass ended up being distorted and made it hard to see/drive and there weren't any other reliable aftermarket glass in supply. Cascade quickly worked with me to come back in to take a look and fought tooth and nail with my insurance to fully cover an OEM windshield (Asahi) with no extra out of pocket costs from me. Special shoutout to Ron & Shelbi for the excellent communication and for all their hard work - and thank you to the tech Dustin for the excellent replacement. It looks pristine like the day I bought it :) You want somebody that cares, and takes responsibility & accountability for their work, this is the place to go.

Unfortunately, my wife had a cardiac arrest while driving. Police officers were forced to break out the back window of her car, so that they can pull her and began CPR. Thankfully. They were able to get her heart beating again. While I was in the hospital, praying for her speedy recovery, I called up April Balsley with Cascade Auto Glass. I told her about the situation & she made it super easy for me. A Family member helped me pick up the car from the towing company & we Drove it to Cascade. All I had to do was take my keys into the office which took less than 30 seconds and April took care of the rest. She said that I could pick up the vehicle at my convenience. It was there for an additional five days and they didn’t charge me for storage. They even cleaned out all of the broken class in the backseat. They made it super easy during a very stressful time in my life. I highly recommend April Balsley, and the Cascade Auto Glass team!

Best auto glass shop in the Northwest!! Took my car in today and it was done in 90 minutes. Great/friendly customer service, nice waiting area with treats, and they have an unbelievable warranty. Discount for your local insurance too!! They even fix rock chips for free.....yes FREE as long as you own your car. After my sunroof broke from above me, I was able to get a crash wrap and quote done by Cascade. They asked how I was doing, provided refreshments, and consistently checked in throughout the whole process. The crash wrap was done well and their clean up of glass in my vehicle was an 8/10, They even beat their own predicted turn around time and within a week, my car’s sunroof was replaced. Great experience and very professional and courteous service. My LR Defender 2022 had really bad windshield damage. I was concerned replacing it with non OEM part, but glass looks the same and most importantly techs are certified in recalibration of all sensors. So everything was perfect and insurance cover the coat of the repairs minus deductible. I even managed to work from their lobby as WiFi is fast. Cannot be happier and highly recommend these guys for all glass replacement needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Cascade Auto Glass. I dropped my car off just before closing to have the front windshield replaced the next day. They were very polite upon check in. The next day, hours before they said they’d have it done my car was ready. 😊 I walked in to pick up my car and the nice gentleman remembered me and said Hello Sandra. Wow! Rock impact coming up I-5. Got off in Fife, checked out the mark (minor to my eye) and a quick Internet searched showed this company about 1/4 mile off the exit. Dropped by and Ethan checked the impacted area quickly and determined that it was just a minor "skipping" mark that didnt require formal chip repair. I appreciated the promptness of service and professionalism. Highly recommend and if I do need service at some point in the future, I'll be back.

Absolutely awesome experience! They were able to get me in the same day I called for a rock chip repair I was worried about. I had blocked an hour for it and they had me in and out in under 20 minutes! They were so great to explain the process to me and things to consider so I could make the right choice for me, I can’t say how much I appreciated that. Grateful to know the best place to go to for auto glass services!

Excellent service. I needed my front windshield replaced and my insurance denied the OEM glass so I elected for the generic glass. This generic windshield would make creaking noises while driving; it was unsettling. Cascade repealed to my insurance and got the OEM glass approved. The second new windshield is perfect now! No creaky noises. Driving is a pleasure again! Thank you Cascade Auto Glass!

I was referred to CAG. From the first phone call I was impressed. Shelby the office manager is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive she handled everything. The tech who did the install was also very helpful and did a great job, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but thank you for your attention to detail. I will be sure to refer you in the future.
