I first got a quote for a windshield replacement and was debating on going with them (was very reasonable but I had a few quotes). Then I unluckily got a shattered passenger window on my car and called these guys for a new quote. He got me a quote within an hour and offered to come out to my home the same day. They did amazing work, was super fast, and had very reasonable prices. Fast forward a couple weeks and my teenager’s car window stopped rolling up/down so we gave these guys a call again. They didn’t hesitate. They went to her work place and replaced her window motor while she worked. Again, super fast and resonably priced. When my passenger car window was vandalized last minute, I was able to call Magnatech with no issues. They were able to take in my car that same day, wrap my window, and vacuum my back seat. That same day they were even able to locate a window replacement and placed the order in on the spot. A week or so later, the guys were able to call me saying that the part was in and that I could bring in my car right away to get it installed. Within arriving to their store, they were able to put in the new window and everything within 30 minutes! I cannot recommend this company enough! They are family owned. They are local. Their high level of service is unmatched! Professional, kind, courteous and timely. Where customer service seems to no longer be relevant these days, Jake and his brother went above and beyond to help with replacement of my windshield! They answer their phones on the first ring, they're available for texting and they even came and picked up my car from work and brought it back to me after replacing the windshield. They took care to be sure that my recently installed dash cam was left in tact and functional at the end. I love these guys! If I could give 10 Stars I would. Top Notch customer service and the price was extremely competitive. This is a family-owned business of two brothers They really know their stuff. My passenger front window was replaced in less than 30 minutes. Please do not go to one of those chain companies __you've got to go to these guys instead. My new window also has a lifetime guarantee and I'm coming back in a few minutes to have my windows tinted for an amazing price on my subie You won't be sorry for trusting these guys with your vehicle's glass. This is a family-owned small business so please support them if you don't need Auto Glass Service or tinting at this time but you know someone who does send them here

Mike & Jake have worked on my car many times! From Rock Chip repairs to Replacing my Windshield when the rock chip was to severe to repair! Quick to get me scheduled, they are Mobil so they were able to come to my work and fix my window, and they also have completed their job in my husbands shop instead of having me drive to their shop!! MagnaTech was phenomenal! A small rock chip turned into a huge crack halfway across the windshield! I called them and had an appointment set up with their mobile service for a next day windshield replacement. They charged less than anyone else, even with the mobile installation fee! They did a great job, even going as far as fixing mistakes made with the last windshield replacement! Mike and Jake were amazing, great customer service skills, very professional, and made me feel confident in my choice! The windshield looks great and they will be my first choice in the future!

Broke our rear window backing into the garage over the winter holiday. Other places couldn't get us in for 2 weeks, but they were available the next day after we called. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were willing to show me what they could do before doing it, and answer my many questions.
