The service I received was exemplary. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away the team was perfect. The customer service staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and easy to work with. Because the event happened late evening on a Sunday I hadn't yet filed an insurance claim. They filed it for me by phone while I was there. They got my car in same day and out by early afternoon. Satellite tried to install an inferior product, said insurance company wouldn't cover OEM, I would have to pay the difference. Called Hampton Auto Glass and they got approval from insurance company, no problem.

Windshield been replaced, but mounting clips been broken on rear view mirror cover, it fell apart next day . Had to come back and part been glued with silicone. Option to replace was offered
