The owner "Andrew" is respectful, flexible, and educated in the Auto-Glass field. Andrew is efficient and quick. He's owned this business for years and actually saved it (as it was a local company since at least the early 00's.) I highly recommend if you need a windshield or rear window or repair you skip the hassle of calling around and just call Apex to book an appointment. Apex pricing is competitive, and the owner has compassion for his community. The entrance is thru the gate of the side of the building. Don't be discouraged if you don't see him the second you pull in, it's because he's hard at work. Just press his ring cam @ the door or call. Business with Apex is STRESS FREE. By all means, go see for yourself!

I have to say I have had other places replace my windshield before and have been unhappy. Poor quality glass, rattles, and poor service. My experience at Apex in Bonney Lake was SO POSITIVE! Andrew is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and made sure I was completley satisfied with the work before I left. When I noticed a bit of distortion in the new glass Andrew was quick to order a replacement, got me in as soon as it was in and was understanding and professional about it. My new windshield is perfect! So happy. Will definitely refer friends to Andrew and would use his shop again.

Have only been here once for a rock chip repair. Pros - we were helped right away and the cost of work was reasonable. Con - the chip was low on the windshield and it cracked during the process. I understand this happens sometimes, but we weren't warned about it first, or offered any alternatives (such as, it's not in your line of vision, so we can risk a big crack now, or we put a sticker on it to help keep it from spreading and you jump straight to a window replacement). No, we weren't charged. Just didn't get a great sense from this visit whether I would recommend or not.

I called around 1130am and asked if owner had any time to fix a rock chip in my windshield. He said it takes around 10 mins, to just stop in and he could repair at any time. I stopped in around 1200; he had one car in the shop. Inbetween that repair he came over and repaired mine. May have even been less than 10 min. I have to applaud him on being a one man show ( or as it seemed to be ) and be able to multitask and beat the time he had told me. His work was clean and I just saved myself $100 since that's what safelite had quoted me online. Thank you!

Andrew does a flawless job every single time. I have him handle every windshield that I need replaced and he’s excellent. I did auto glass replacement for years and for me it’s a better deal on my end to pay their reasonable prices vs doing it myself and the time spent. I called 10 different places that gave me horrible customer service. Waited 2 days to get a quote from one place. I called apex and got immediate service. Best price out of all the places I called, part arrived on time, good communication, guy at the desk was very helpful. Hands down the best customer service i have ever recieved from any automotive service ever. Im going back to do the windshield in my other car. I will recommend this place to everyone till I'm blue in the face.

I can not say how awesome these guys are. On short notice. They was able to get my truck in that was leaking water into the cabin. They pulled the windshield showed me a issue and offered several choices for repair. Repair was made and new windshield installed. 10 out of 10. Alex Auto Glass is the only place to go for vehicle glass replacement needs. I had my 2000 Ford Explorer windshield replaced due to major cracking. One word: Excellent The owner repaired the rock chip, which was low on the windshield, in between working on another vehicle and within minutes. Recently replaced the windshield with Mercedes Benz and with the new rock chip repaired, it looks good as new! The owner charges half of what Speedy Auto Glass charges and a third of what Safelite Auto Glass charges without hassle or worry. Highly recommend!
