Unacceptable Service and Dishonesty !!! I am writing this post to share a recent experience I had at this Eastlake glass repair shop, which left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I took my car in for a simple glass repair on the front door. The car was in perfect condition, with no scratches or flaws on the door. After an hour and a half of waiting, I was shocked to find three new scratches on my car's front door. When I questioned the staff about this, they claimed that the scratches were caused by pieces of glass during the repair process. What's even more concerning is that they admitted to taking a picture of my car with the scratches, but only after the repair was completed. This clearly indicates that the scratches were made during their service. Moreover, they did not show me the original picture of my car and denied the validity of my own picture which I took. This is not just unprofessional, but also dishonest. I had trusted them with my car, but they proved to be untrustworthy and irresponsible. They lied about the condition of my car and refused to acknowledge the evidence I presented. Despite their mistake, they refused to take responsibility or offer any form of compensation. Instead, they charged me $200 for a service that has ultimately damaged my car. This is not just about the money, but about the principle of good service and accountability. I believe they should refund all the money back and compensate me for the scratches they made. Their lack of professionalism and dishonesty has cost me not just financially, but also in terms of trust and time. It's important that we hold businesses accountable for their actions and ensure that they provide the quality service that we pay for. I am sharing this experience to raise awareness among fellow car owners. I hope no one else has to go through such a frustrating experience.

Highly recommended! A few days ago, I had my BMW's windshield replaced at this shop, and the experience was excellent! I was driving on the highway when a small stone hit my windshield, causing a crack. The shop initially repaired it, but the damage was still visible, so I decided to get it replaced. I requested an OEM original windshield, and the shop obtained approval from my insurance company. The replacement process was incredibly fast, taking just over an hour. They did a fantastic job, and my heads-up display and automatic rain sensor work perfectly with the new windshield. They also took the extra step of transferring all the stickers from my original windshield and repositioning my dashcam onto the new glass. Additionally, they used a vacuum cleaner to clean my car's carpets. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. In summary, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this shop!

The windshield was repaired in December and the repair gave in and cracked last week after some hot days and cool nights. I want to say that the company website said they would replace the windshield for free if that happened but a few days later when we looked again, that warranty was gone. I could have been wrong too. The first time I went to the store they were away on a job. I went back to my office, called them, and left a message. I never got a call back. I went to the store again. I expressed dissatisfaction with the way they handled the whole thing until then. Something like "you realize I am not happy". The man behind the counter said he would not bother to give me a replacement estimate in that case. At that point I stated I felt insulted :-) He started shouting increasingly offending comments and I left the premises.

Took my boss' car here and was on a serious time crunch while he was out of town, and they were able to get me right in for a windshield replacement. Greg even took the time to walk me through the two types of windows that are offered for this type of Audi (and he saved me $1,100!!) I also really liked the fact that he was up front about taking the Audi to the dealership to have it correctly re-calibrated since the dealership has the proper Audi machine to do this, something other shops did not disclose to me and tried to charge me to do it themselves. He had the car done in just a few hours, like he said he would. Number 1 place to go on the east side. I called four places and this was the best overall. Save you time to call the other companies. Appointment was easy to book via email. Windshield was put on the same day. I had a fallen windshield rear view mirror that's been repaired before. They reattached it with new mounting plate. Great attention to detail, they taped back my GoodToGo sticker, oil reminder sticker and tire rotation sticker. My mom's car windshield was done at another company. They just put back the windshield and rear view mirror. Left all other things on my passenger seat. Another big plus is the glue they used has very litter odder compares to the other company. I'm very impressed; Service was top notch from start to finish. I called here very upset that I was quoted $410 from safelite for a drivers side window on a 2010 highlander. Lexi took my call quoted me much less and booked me a next day appointment. She even personally sent me a text of their location, as we are new to Bellevue. Appointment started on time, replaced our window in less than an hour & we are on our way home! An added bonus: I read so much about the owner Greg & he came out to speak with us. Gave us an exact time when the car would be finished and also shared wisdom on how to possibly avoid a future break-in. Hands down the best repair facility I have ever worked with. Greg was extremely friendly and after spending hours on the phone trying to find a repair facility that could repair my side window that had gotten broken into, he was able to take and repair the glass in the same day. I am extremely grateful and cannot express how well I felt taken care of as a customer. I was quoted an hour and a half wait time but my repair was completed in even less time. While I waited on site the employees were also very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. In the future if I ever need any other auto glass repair I would not go anywhere else. Eastlake Auto Glass is a great place to get your windshield fixed or replaced! While waiting for them to replace my windshield (which took less than 90 minutes), I met with 2 repeat customers who also said they were very happy with their service! One customer came in without an appointment to fill (repair) a chip on their window. The work was done in 30 minutes without any issues. The second customer came in with an appointment to replace their windshield. They said they looked the work that was done here and that's why they came back! Simply pleasant people. They also work with most insurance companies! Great workmanship too!

I had originally had an appointment to repair a chip for next day but when my windshield chip turned into a 14 inch crack across the driver side, overnight, they were able to pivot and quote me for the full replacement. Not only did they have it in stock and could fit me in next day, they were also the best price when I shopped around. I was in and out in 1 hr and 15 min and perks were they even vacuumed the front part of my car for me (back seats and truck were occupied) and were able to salvage my good to go pass and other membership stickers.
