All-Star Auto Glass

This review is overdue bout 3 -4 months ago. I had a rear window replaced due to vandalism on my 2007 Subaru Impreza. Called for install at my residence. Installer sowed up on time, he had difficulty installing my window. He informed to call their office, and I was told it's best if I go buy a used window at a junkyard, Representative at All Star told me he would only charge an additional $85 for installing my used window. Bought my used $60 window,made install appt at my residence. Different installer showed up, told me that my window just needed tighter adjustments!!!!!^$@&% He also told me the new installers sometimes can get that wrong!! I was charged $144 not $85. Not happy would never reccomend this place!

"forgot" to vacuum up the glass. Unfortunately for my daughter she had cut her hand on one of the pieces that had shattered before we could even get home. As I'm vacuuming out my car I started to wonder why am I doing this? Was this part of what I payed for. About $450 and they came to the hospital in Auburn which it has been broken into. I called to verify is this is part of what I payed for and Greg highly irritated by me repeating my question about is clean up part of the service finally confirmed that they do their best to. He did mention that I could come to their shop and they could finish the job.

Great job on the service they repaired my passenger back window within an hour and for the best price around , the one thing i am really disappointed with is when i booked my appointment I was told we would get 3 months free unlimited washed through Brown Bear but once the repair was complete I was informed it was only for windshield replacement, why send me this text after me sending in a quote my rear passenger window. why tell me in your price quote i would receive that when i wouldn’t?

We've been putting off replacing our cracked windshield because we figured it would be such a painful experience. All-Star Auto Glass proved how wrong we were to put it off. We got an appointment quickly and when I arrived for the appointment, they started working on the car immediately and were done in no time. Thanks for making this so easy. All-Star Auto Glass was great to work with and I'd highly recommend them.

All the way around excellence!! Scheduling was quick and smooth. Pricing was better than competitors before I figured out my insurance would cover it. Service was phenomenal. I went to get a mani/pedi instead of waiting and the receptionist offered to wait a little after closing if I got back late! I hope I don’t need them soon but they will definitely be my go-to! Thank you for such a great experience!

Quick and efficient! My rear passenger window literally exploded on Saturday. Don’t know why. I called 5 mins before they closed, and they were able to get my car in Monday afternoon. I also added on a quick repair for my windshield. They had it all done within 45 mins! I will recommend All Star Auto Glass to everyone. This is the window that broke and they replaced (no pic yet of the repair).

My employer has been using this company for windshield replacements and every single one has leaked water after installation, not just a little but like you left the garden hose on steady stream. One windshield leak caused our electronics to short out in our pickup. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you want poor quality and lack of care. They do not know what they are doing.

We were in town on vacation and at lunch when our back window of our Kia was busted out. We called All Star Glass on referral from Kia and Greg booked us an immediate appointment. Three hours later our window was like new. They handled all the insurance documents too. Thank you All Star glass!! You made a hard time much better!!

While I hope I don't have to use All Star Auto Glass again, it will be my go-to place for broken or cracked auto glass. I'm also glad I saw that they fix chips for future reference. They got me in the same day, and it took less than an hour to replace the back window of my car. They were very courteous and professional.

I was so pleased with the turn around time and the level of service for a windshield replacement and calibration on my 2019 Toyota Highlander. They were able to get me in quickly, considering I work and ever changing schedule. The added bonus was 3 months of Brown Bear car washes. Great price for this service!!
